@AnswerGroup im a bit confused with all the focus on taking action, when as far as i was aware healing seemed like for a large part was a passive process. What kind of action can you expect? I can imagine things like journalling, but what else?

Also, is that an indicator that phoenix is meant to be stacked with something else/used when highly focussed on a particulair part of your life (i.e, youre focussing on wealth so you run it while putting all your energy in your business to overcome businessrelated obstacles?) rather than more general healing?

Based on the product description if I was just starting with healing subliminals, I think I would develop a longer-term plan.

Perhaps starting with Sanguine: The Elixir. Then after 30 days, add Regeneration to Sanguine: The Elixir.

After 90 days of running both of those, I would stop both. Wait a week. Then start Phoenix. Then perhaps after 90 days of Phoenix, then consider DR.

HOWEVER, I think I would wait for a DR upgrade.

the fire is holding me back though, i just gained stability after reconciling with WB for 2 cycles. i don’t want to rock it for now
