Interesting post and reply by you both.
True. I’ve had success running things long term.
But if we’re being honest, I always have one main staple in my stack, and the rest I stack switch like crazy. It’s a personal flaw.
I’ve never ran healing titles except for more than one cycle except for Sanguine: Elixir.
As for @MajorVic, I have two comments for you.
First of all, overexposure is a completely personal definition, and has nothing to do with how long you listen.
For me, listening to 3 minutes per week of Dragon Reborn ST1 is overexposure as it completely destroys me. If I listen to 3-5 minutes bi-weekly, however, I notice rapid progress in my emotional development, and mild recon, but it passes within a day or two.
So your comment that “you only listened to full loops twice so you definitely didn’t overexpose” is wrong in the sense that it assumes there’s a strict definition of overexposure. The only definition of overexposure that I’ll personally stand by is “listening to a title enough that it gives you more recon than you want to handle.”
But I also think that you should try sanguine elixir. Now that you’re blooming from Phoenix, that scripting will kick in and go deep for a while. Sanguine elixir is the perfect compliment and is all about healing in a way that feels amazing. If Phoenix was a rough ride, that means there’s still a lot inside you that’s activated, which is the perfect thing for sanguine elixir to target as it focuses on healing starting from the present moment and working its way backwards
