I’ve heard @Sub.Zero say he was on DR a year with it showing minimal signs it was working, but it affected him drastically.
Phoenix hasn’t given me those gut pulls, rounds of heavy tears, or even strong fears hanging on for days which would be expected on any emotional healing sub.
What it is doing is quietly rewriting that internal guilt standard I’ve lived with all my life. For me, it’s so subtle that it takes effort to describe it. I sit here and feel internal changes. Yet the me that’s used healing subs for almost 7 years is used to doubting.
But those subtle changes keep showing. I’m writing now, sitting quietly, looking for small shifts.
I just feel better, like I have a choice to believe changes are happening. The fact that I can walk into a good feeling still can feel like a fantasy. But I keep being able to do it.
I’ve never had that happen before. Guilt and the fear of guilt have often overpowered joy. I got weepy writing that.
It’s changing something. I just barely recognize it so far.

Also that “something is changing I just don’t know exactly what” feeling is exactly what I’ve been getting on my updated NSE stack too (New Emp + LBFH)

Wow. My experience on New Emperor and WB was a tug there, an emotional pull there, multiple times a day, every day. I’ve even thought of how Phoenix would work with New Emperor, but I’ll be adding TWTP next cycle.
Yeah, my run was NOT subtle or quiet. At all

A feature of complex PTSD is not being able to specifically pinpoint a time where the trauma took place, just a merging of distressing incidents. Traditional healing methods require that specificity but Phoenix just seems to skip all that and hit reset.

I think that’s possibly why Fire recommended running this solo for a while.
Oh fun! I just stuck it into a custom with New Emperor. Did I just stick my head into a wood chipper?

This sub causes lots of ‘‘nightmares’’ where Im always being chased or hunted down, I dont know what that means. I always fight back but tend to be caught or defeated at the end 
Phoenix has already released some weight of my shoulders, as I feel more free and behave differently.
RoD is making the dreams more vivid though, and makes me somewhat remember them

Chased? Exactly my dream today. All persecutors were defeated after a 30 floor building collapsed. Weirdest dreams ever.

I guess so. Altitude, chasers… seems to me like fears. Altitude is usually about ‘ego issues’, chasers - fears that we usually avoid dealing with but which play their role in our restrictions in life.
