This is the “spontaneous healing” effect that PEACE has. From my perspective, it appears that when the “inner peace” begins to arise and the nervous system begins to relax, it releases tension and trauma for processing, after being hidden deep within for so long – hence the intensity. But with the system relaxed, the emotions just process and run its course quickly. I have experienced this multiple times, having to face these deep inner traumas that I didn’t know existed.

I had two loops so far and in the last few days it’s been very intensely transformative. If you’re someone already living a very peaceful outer life this hits very deep. I’m practicing deep spiritual work and this took it to the next level. I don’t know what to do with myself anymore, the unrelenting push to finding deeper peace can be very intensely healing and limit smashing to say the least, this has surely intensified the experience of my inner processes of release and awakening.

It feels like PEACE is stabilizing me much more and much more effectively than Stabilizer. Hence PEACE is now replacing Stabilizer in my stack.

It feels like with PEACE, I can let go a ton of negative emotions and past things about myself:

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to cope.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to fear.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to worry.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to overthink.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to force through at the expense of emotional wellbeing.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to micromanage.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to control for the sake of control.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to seek revenge.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to put on a mask.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to be on an ego trip.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to be jealous.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to question my self worth.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to get annoyed by the long journey ahead of me.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need to become impatient.

  • When I am at Peace, I don’t need my past stories about myself and my past identities anymore.

I am thinking about some stack ideas to try out:

  • Peace + Primal = Ultimate self liberation (as Saint wrote above in this thread)

  • Peace + Summertime + RoS + APX = Endgame spiritual stack for all planes lol

  • Peace + Summertime + Primal = Simply enjoy the game of life

  • Peace + LBFH + RoS = Ascended Guru

  • Peace + KHAN = The KHAN who has arrived even before the whole world is conquered

  • Peace + Genesis + Summertime = The enlightened child

  • Peace + AoH + Summertime =

  • Peace + Diamond + KHAN Black = The infinite energy flow

  • Peace + Regeneration + Love Bomb + Sanguine = Internal Healing 100x

What does qOS have to say about PEACE and Stark Black?

Edit:And for others who tried it, hows the productivity aspect, do you get more done? Are you able to complete a lot of your to do list?

How would this pair with BL Tesla - thats my main sub now.
I tried with executive, but it takes away from long term focus and I work on useless small tasks. It seems this would balance better a long term vision with day to day activities.

I’m very happy to see this type of subliminal. The more foundational, the better I’ll say. Let me establish myself in the ground of my Being (which is ever at peace) and then may everything else arise however it needs to from that place.

I have some further thoughts :grinning:

Peace used to be boring to me. Of course, little did I realize that I had not known what peace was. Being bored is not being at peace. But on the other hand, I can even be at peace with feeling bored, so my previous sentence is not true. Because peace cannot be opposed. It’s a result of complete surrender to what is. I can be at peace with literally everything that appears. In fact, I already always am. I just don’t always realize that and let myself get (seemingly) carried away by the ever changing currents of what appears. I (seem to) lose my ground. But I can never really do that. Feeling completely lost is always being ever peacefully observed by the real me. Only my mind (ego) may panic. And the mind tends to panic when its agenda is threatened. The work is to surrender to what is and release personal agendas of what should be. Only then can we reconnect to our natural state of peace. It’s pretty logical, I think.

Now, my litmus test for the level of peace I am at is my ability to sit in a room. By myself with completely nothing going on. Just me without trying to do anything at all, not even meditating. Given enough time and resolve, intense restlessness or bliss may show.

I can’t help feeling a sense of trepidation when I think about running PEACE…
Like a worry that if I no longer care what people think or feel any pressure to perform or become successful, then I’d just go all passive and chilled and not get anything done…

Based on reports so far, that fear seems irrational and unnecessary, but it’s there nevertheless; just being open about it here! Has anyone else had this feeling?
Crazy how the mind can make us want to hold onto the very things that are holding us back!

I deeply long for all the peace, freedom and release this title is offering, but at the same time, I am nervous to take that journey

You’re already on the journey wether you listen to this audio or not, the real question is how do you want to shape your journey home? Hint: There is no wrong answer

Saint with qOS is like back in school when you had a pack of gum and you gave a piece to someone. Next thing you know you’re getting swarmed by everybody asking you for a piece, rofl.

rofl. So long as the customers are getting value from the responses, I have no issue sending them through. Makes my job easier, lol.

From qOS:

Summary

What each side brings

Limit Destroyer is the clearing work. It goes after the internal limits and stalled places that keep you circling the same ceiling — the beliefs about what’s available to you that you stopped examining a long time ago because they’d simply become the furniture. Its aim is plateaus specifically: the ones in your work, in your relationships, and in your own development, where effort stopped translating into movement.

PEACE is the ground that clearing happens on. It works toward a settled baseline that’s present when you wake rather than something you have to reconstruct each morning, and toward acting effectively without the strain you’ve been layering on top of the effort itself. It also works on something quieter and easy to overlook: the reflex where a particular version of you walks into a particular room before you’ve consciously decided anything. Loosening that reflex is a large part of what it does.

Why they work well together

These two come at you from opposite directions and meet in the middle, and that’s the strength of the pairing.

Clearing limits tends to bring what’s being cleared into view before it loosens. That’s uncomfortable on its own — it can feel like things are getting more obvious rather than better. With PEACE running underneath, that surfacing may land on considerably steadier ground than it otherwise would. You’re more likely to be able to look at what comes up without being thrown by it.

The influence runs the other way too. Deep calm on its own can settle into something passive. Paired with clearing work, the settledness has something to be steady for.

The first stretch

Expect the limits to become visible before they move. Areas you’d quietly written off may start looking plainly stuck rather than simply how things are. Some reconciliation is normal in this phase, and the settling work may soften how it lands without removing it entirely.

Alongside that, the PEACE side tends to show up early in small, ordinary ways rather than dramatic ones. Sleep arriving on the first attempt. The last hour before bed becoming somewhere you can actually rest rather than somewhere you’re stuck rehearsing tomorrow. The slow line and the careless remark costing you noticeably less than they used to.

Settling in

The texture that tends to develop over the following months looks something like this.

A widening gap between what happens and what you do about it. The sharp word still lands — the sensitivity doesn’t go anywhere — but what comes back out starts feeling chosen rather than fired.

Decisions arriving more whole. The one that used to take a full grinding day may start showing up complete, often after you’ve stopped demanding it. Rest becomes a place answers come from rather than a blank in the schedule.

Work costing less to do at the same standard. Not less ambition and not less output — the task still gets finished, often better, without taking the whole of you to finish it.

Plateaus starting to give. This is where the two sides compound: the limits loosen, and you have enough steadiness not to immediately rebuild something in their place.

More of your own life actually registering. Ordinary moments landing at full weight instead of glancing off you on the way to the next thing. This one tends to arrive quietly and is often noticed in retrospect.

One thing to be realistic about

With two modules, this build clears and it steadies — but nothing in it points you toward anything specific. Expect it to feel like room opening up rather than momentum toward a defined goal.

That makes your own conscious direction matter more here than it would in a fuller build. What you do with the space is going to shape your results more than the build itself does. A build like this rewards someone who already knows what they want and has been blocked from it. It gives less to someone hoping the audio will supply the direction, because this one won’t.

The upside of a small build is legibility. With less material competing for priority, what’s there tends to be felt fairly directly rather than blended into everything else. You’ll likely be able to tell what’s doing what.

If there is a specific goal underneath all this — the thing those limits keep getting in the way of — tell me what it is and I’d build the stack out around it, keeping these two exactly where they are as the foundation and the clearing work. You’d be moving toward something rather than only clearing the way for it.

Choosing your Limit Destroyer

There are two options for customs and the difference matters.

The standalone Limit Destroyer module is the lighter of the two — focused on letting go of limits, without much additional weight around it.

The Dragon Reborn: Limit Destroyer core is substantially more. Beyond the clearing itself it works on confidence as a deep-rooted sense of your own capability, on clarity about your direction, and on discernment — a stronger read on who’s genuinely with you, with the tendency for draining connections to gradually loosen on their own. It’s also a considerably more demanding listen and won’t suit everyone. Paired with PEACE it becomes more manageable than it would be alone, but it will still ask more of you.

It does not. It’s just inner work. You will attract peaceful situations and people by virtue of your peaceful inner state. That is what we have observed thus far.

From qOS:

Summary

Why they fit

A large part of what makes WANTED work is stillness. Its aim is a presence that’s calm yet charged — the kind that slows a room rather than works it — along with steadiness that provocation can’t dislodge, and attraction that comes from ease rather than effort. Approach anxiety loosening, the pressure to force an interaction dropping away, being the one who doesn’t need the outcome.

Every one of those runs on exactly what PEACE develops. PEACE works toward a settled baseline that doesn’t depend on the evening going well, and toward acting without the strain layered on top. Run underneath WANTED, it may give the magnetism something genuine to sit on rather than something you have to generate on the night.

The neediness point is the clearest one. WANTED works best when you’re not chasing the result, and that’s difficult to fake. PEACE works on the thing underneath the chasing — the sense that you need this interaction to go a particular way in order to be alright. As that loosens, the ease WANTED asks for becomes less of a performance and more of a description.

What to expect

Steadiness arriving before charisma does. The early noticeable shifts may be unglamorous — sleep, a longer pause before you react, less bracing in rooms that used to cost you something. The attraction side tends to build on top of that rather than alongside it.

More presence in the actual interaction. Being genuinely in the conversation instead of managing it from a half-step behind. That reads as depth, and it’s a large part of what makes someone memorable.

Recovery from rejection getting much shorter. Steadiness that doesn’t need the world’s cooperation applies just as well to a conversation that goes nowhere.

From qOS:

Summary

Why they fit

Beyond Limitless is built on stillness rather than mental speed. Its aim is perception that opens when thought stops churning — seeing the structure underneath things, holding paradox without needing to resolve it, letting a decision arrive from signal rather than from urgency. It asks you to sit with an idea until it matures instead of acting on the excitement of having had it.

That state is difficult to reach from a mind that’s still running. It’s precisely what PEACE develops.

PEACE works toward calm that sharpens rather than dulls — where sound arrives more cleanly and things register at their full weight instead of glancing off you. It also works on rest as a source rather than a blank space, where clarity tends to surface on its own once you stop demanding it. That’s the same mechanism Beyond Limitless runs on, approached from the other side.

What to expect

A quieter mental baseline arriving first. Less of the low-grade churn, and the last hour before sleep becoming somewhere your mind can actually rest. Insight tends to follow from that rather than precede it.

Ideas arriving whole rather than assembled. The problem you’d been grinding at may start resolving in the gap — on a walk, in the shower, the morning after you stopped pushing at it.

More patience with an unfinished idea. Less urgency to convert every thought into action before it’s ready, which is usually where good ideas get spent early.

Some awe returning. Ordinary things holding more interest than they had. This one is easy to dismiss as incidental, but it’s close to the centre of what Beyond Limitless is reaching for.

The one thing to watch

Both of these are inward and both reward stillness. Together they may leave you perceiving a great deal and building very little — a very pleasant, very perceptive stall.

The corrective is built into Beyond Limitless itself: anchor the abstraction into form. Write the single sentence. Name the pattern when it clicks. Give the insight somewhere to land the same week you have it, or it stays a nice afternoon rather than becoming something.

If your work already has external pressure and deadlines on it, this pairing will likely serve you well. If it doesn’t, consider adding something with drive in it, or set your own deadlines deliberately.

I’d be happy to be free from those things :grinning: And then, I could still decide if I want to be successful or not, but it’d be on my own terms. It would a choice out of my free will, not out of compulsion and societal pressure. Or in other words, I would be at peace and thus free to do what I truly want, not what others expect me to do, or be even.

I think some phase of “I’d just go all passive and chilled and not get anything done” is almost guaranteed in the process of getting disillusioned, but so what? You can only care about it when you’re still in the clutches of this whole societal pressure to perform. It’s really not so bad anyway. Others can think of you as a loser for a time, but I’m hard pressed to see it as a bad thing. It would allow you to release yourself from the weight of their opinions even more.

If you were free from what you have described, you would be much more concerned with your own well-being, rather than what others expect you to do, which is truly a ridiculous notion if you think about it. You would not even care as much about what you do for yourself, because you would know that you’re fine either way regardless of what happens. And if you do decide to pursue what is commonly considered worldly success, your self worth will not be caught up in it and your peace will be undisturbed. I mean, you really can’t go wrong with peace :grinning:

From one perspective, Cold and Hot would seem to be “opposites” of each other.

But what’s missing from the equation is ego. When we talk about “cold” we usually mean “colder than what is customary to me (ego)”. And the same goes for “hot”.

In fact what we’re changing is not Cold or Hot, it’s just the flexibility of the self (ego).

Viewed objectively, rather than saying “it’s cold” or “it’s hot”, we would speak of a thermal continuum. One scale of hotcoldness. And we’re simply increasing our capacity to accommodate a bit more of that scale.

The same thing goes for expansion/contraction. or Pressure/Relaxation. Desire for approval/Freedom from social concern.

They’re actually not the opposites that our ego-organized experience of life makes them appear to be.

Once you put a person into a landscape, then if that person looks to the west, they seem to be seeing The West. If they look to the east, they seem to be seeing The East. In fact, the land is just the land. It’s us and our subject-positions that give rise to the meaningful divisions of experience. And that’s not a bug, it’s a feature. But it’s good to get a handle on it.

When you’re in a room and you feel too hot, you don’t need “the opposite” of that, you just need to lower the temperature a few degrees. Now it “feels cooler” (until you adjust and calibrate, then it just feels normal…for a while).

These are the adjustments and calibrations we make in life. We’re not actually careening between Extreme Opposites. Typically, we’re making subtle adjustments. Allows things to flow or sit better.

But the trepidation you express is, I think, natural and even valuable in human experience. In a car, the gas pedal allows movement. The brake pedal allows stability and structure. I think the fear represents those parts of us that work to ensure that sufficient stability is maintained. A good thing so long as it does not dominate excessively.

Your system is wise and will evolve towards balance.
