Just played my first 90 seconds loop. I have a nice and soothing sensation going on for sure.

Also lately I’ve been quite sick for almost a month now in a quite severe gastritis and roemheld syndrome (gases in stomach pressing up towards the diaphragm where the nerve runs). The latter being a squeezed vagus nerve (which frigging controls everything in the body) at times, so I have to admit the Peace sounds quite nice after weeks of fight and flight constantly being turned on and off in my body

If anyone has suffered electrical issues in a car, that’s kind of how my body behaves at the moment, everything flaring in all kinds of ways, and I’m constantly bloated with 40 degrees heat outside, and with a digestion system running on fumes lol.

Ok no more complaining lol, but ill report if Peace improves my physical condition or simply puts in a good mind state as the vagus nerve has me in doomsday thinking on repeat even if I know it’s BS, the distress signals are still being sent from my stomach.

And also lastly, I have been experiencing a state called in psychology as “derealization” which is a mental state where your surroundings feel fake, dreamlike, foggy, or distorted, while your connection to reality stays intact. It is a form of dissociation often triggered by severe stress, anxiety, or trauma (in my case a squeezed vagus nerve.)

So, going to be interesting to see if Peace can help calm my mind down and handle the faulty nerve impulses being sent, as I have been lacking bodily serotonin, vitamin D, and dopamine (surely not important for mood and the drive to do stuff… lol…) lately from the gastritis (getting better and better though…) so yeah… PEACE out!

Paragon + Peace could have synergies beyond the obvious stress aspect.

E.g. Paragon has the concept of Healing Blueprint which has interesting parallels with Peace’s concept of returning to the uncarved block.

If it was me I’d absolutely stack those two.

Bought this morning and put at the front of my stack.

Reset to 30 second microloops for the whole stack with the addition of this new sub

Listened to the 30 seconds… and I didn’t want to stop. Nor did I want to listen to any of the other subs.

I still did, jumped to the next at 30 seconds, and listened to RoS and Emp:Reforged for the same microloop duration.

But I think for my next listening day… I might only do PEACE.

Because at the end of the day, and I have been slowly realizing this and putting it into action in the last few months…

PEACE is all I need.

Real inner peace, as a foundation and life purpose and pursuit, is everything.

What’s the difference between the healing aspects of PEACE and Dragon Reborn: Regeneration?

it doesn’t feel like “healing.” It feels like “peace.” Acceptance. “It is what it is.” “Life will do as it pleases, I will flow with it.” It’s that vibe.

Rather than the “gentle wall” that you can feel on GLM and Dragon Reborn: Regeneration, where you can quietly and softly observe emotions without experiencing them (in a matter of speaking, if you’ve run GLM, you know what I mean), this is more like the emotions just flow through you without resistance and then dissipates.

So, while GLM and Dragon Reborn: Regeneration is about observing, Peace is about release. Rather than “becoming,” you gain this sense of “I already am.”
