Main Disc. Thread - PEACE (Now Available! Custom Core Available!)

Peace has had a wonderful effect on my family. I am better able to mediate disagreements between them.

I can also sense who i really am. A deep calmness, shows who you really are under all the noise, masks, habits, beliefs etc

The magnetism has always been there for me, but peace makes it eaiser to step into my perisnal magnetism. I stop putting my resistance and barriers between my and wide world. I used to get exhausted talking to co workers or dread random water cooler chatter. Now I welcome it. Its helping all my presence modules flourish too.

What actions do you guys take on this sub? Or do you just passively let it run and do its thing?

Just living. It makes living feel so much simpler, which lets me take action across every avenue of life. Work, socializing rest, dating; it’s all gotten simpler.

Nothing specific. Its like we already have a lot of stress in everyday life, at work, on the road, relationships, etc.

Its fertile ground for peace to do its thing. We just gotta take a deep breath and go with the flow

You’ll find yourself taking lots of a deep breaths or momentary pauses throughout the detail.

You can just be passive with it (Summertime is like that also) and let it work its magic.

Funny thing is I do a lot of specific mental imagery that is a modified form of Memory Reconsolidation, where I view myself doing something I don’t like and replace it with the way that I would like to do something, however I took a three day break and it felt as though more happened from the sub then when I was doing my mental imagery.

My theory with this is that the sub is working through your subconscious (not a theory) and what we think is going on in the subconscious is often different than what is actually going on in the subconscious (theory). So if you just let the subconscious do its thing with this sub you might find more healing with it.

At least that’s the feeling I get with it. I could be wrong. I was wrong once. That was a bad day. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

maybe, I mean even with Khan Black, Saint or Fire said that you can run it passively and the energy will move exclusively by your subconscious guidance which is going to be slow (which is good in energy cultivation) and thorough

I’m paraphrasing it

That makes sense to me. Although that’s a little surprising with Kahn Black. That title felt like you have to work it but they would know since they wrote it. I was very passive with DRReg (I was new to the subs) and that did tremendous healing for me just being mainly passive with it.

well that recommendation was also with the idea that you’d very heavily rely on microloops if you decide to go this route

BTW, when are they no longer microloops? 1 minute?

when they are 15 min haha

15 min = full loop

anything less = microloop

I think there’s also a distinction like < 3min is miniloop but barely anyone uses it

With the new titles I’ve yet to get up to 15 minutes. I know older tech titles used to be like 45 minutes. Ouch! LOL.

same. I’ve been on RICH for 6 months but haven’t run it for more than 3min lol

I see it as a very long term thing. I like to think of duration to correspond with certain milestones. Like, you know, a millionaire would have an easier time running 15 min of RICH than some broke student barely making ends meets

Man, I remember looking into subs like ten years ago and you had vendors saying run subs for 8+ hours a say for 6 months. Bro who has the time

Edit: you also had to layer two tracks. So it wws a pain to run on a phone

Absolutely. You hit the nail right on the head. I found that out with EOG1. All of a sudden when I bumped up to 3 minutes I was getting angry AF and it wasn’t making sense why until a reoccuring theme came up concerning wealthy people I hadn’t heard since I was a kid.

With PEACE I find my sweet spot is around 5 minutes. I know 5 minutes isn’t actually part of the base recommendation on incremental increases but when I bumped up to 7 minutes I was getting some internal turmoil that was intruding into daily life.

3 minutes was good but seemed too light to me. So 5 was almost half the difference between 3 and 7 so I tried it. 5 ended up being the Goldilocks. Was still bringing things up lightly but working through them effectively and not intruding on my daily life.

Ultimately every title and person is different. Then when you stack a title you were doing fine with, with another title, it could bring something up and you have to run it in smaller increments.

No action necessary. Like Summertime, PEACE asks nothing of you. Just viiiiiiiiiiiiibe.

From qOS:

Summary

PEACE + Emperor: The Executive. These two share a vocabulary that makes the pairing unusually clean: Executive’s subtitle promises effortless execution, and PEACE’s signature feature is Effortless Action — full engagement with none of the added strain. Executive supplies the machinery of output — Lightning Task Initiation, the Hyperfocus Engine, Dopamine Mastery that rewires satisfaction toward progress itself, and Endgame Drive so everything started gets finished — while PEACE supplies the state that machinery runs best in.

Executive explicitly aims to decrease neuroticism and produce a “focused, calm, in-the-zone flow,” which is PEACE’s native territory: The Quiet Axis keeps your pulse even mid-demand, and The Clear Room empties mental clutter the same way Executive’s Zero Fog does, so the two reinforce each other on clarity from both ends. Executive’s Terracotta Mindset boundaries pair with PEACE’s The End of Contending — the no gets said without the armor — and Executive’s Timeflow Calibration and Bioclockwork, which match work to energy and treat rest as optimization, land on ground PEACE has already prepared through The Wellspring, where rest becomes a source of clarity rather than a blank in the schedule.

The net effect: Executive’s relentless drive stays relentless, but it runs on PEACE’s Knowing Enough — you may find yourself executing from fullness rather than chasing, which is precisely the sustainable, friction-free output both titles are aiming at from opposite sides.

PEACE + HERO Origins: Sage and the Blade. HERO Origins is named for exactly the polarity this stack completes: PEACE deepens the sage so the blade cuts cleaner. Origins draws heavily on Musashi’s instruction to be “determined though calm… your spirit settled yet unbiased,” and PEACE’s Rooted Like the Mountain and The Quiet Axis are that settledness made baseline — composure that doesn’t need the situation’s cooperation.

Origins already carries its own serenity scripting, so the two reinforce rather than compete there, and the reinforcement pays out in Origins’ perception work: its anticipation of an opponent’s movements and heightened clarity under pressure benefit directly from PEACE’s Living Stillness, the stillness that sharpens the senses instead of dulling them — low inner noise is what lets subtle signals register. The craft-mastery core of Origins (“to know ten thousand things, know one well”) converges with PEACE’s Following the Grain, which is drawn from Zhuangzi’s master cook whose blade stayed sharp nineteen years because he cut along the seams — two traditions describing the same principle of mastery through unforced precision, now working on you simultaneously. PEACE’s The Water That Carves gives Origins’ decisiveness a settled source, its Soft and Supple, Never Brittle mirrors the fluidity Origins builds into footwork and technique, and The End of Contending — Zhuangzi’s empty boat — pairs naturally with the bushido virtues’ discernment about which conflicts deserve you at all.

The result may be a genuinely integrated warrior-sage development: skill and virtue from Origins, wholeness and stillness from PEACE, each making the other’s work easier.

PEACE + HERO Origins + Emperor: The Executive. All three together form a clean three-layer system: PEACE is the ground, Executive is the engine, and Origins is what the engine builds. Executive gets you to the work — initiation, focus, completion, the daily hours logged without friction — while Origins transforms those hours into craft and character, turning training sessions into what its copy calls sacred rituals and stacking layers of skill toward mastery; the handoff between them is direct, since Executive’s Endgame Drive closes every loop and Origins’ relentless-refinement scripting immediately opens the next, which is the mastery spiral in practice — finish, refine, repeat.

PEACE feeds both layers at once: The Wellspring supports Executive’s energy-and-recovery calibration, Living Stillness supports Origins’ perception and composure, and Effortless Action keeps the entire system running without the strain that high-output, high-discipline stacks can otherwise accumulate. It’s also a coherent portrait of discipline expressed three ways — as instinct in Executive’s Born To Execute, as devotion in Origins’ virtue and ritual work, and as non-striving in PEACE’s wu wei — so the three titles may read to your subconscious as one philosophy rather than three agendas.

We have a prototype for a 5 minute loop, once or twice a week. No microloops necessary. Just listen and go. Not ready for production or testing yet. More of a proof-of-concept.
