I’d concur that this is what my experience has been so far.
Not necessarily easier, although that’s more of a subjective judgement. I’ve been using PEACE + ZONE (which is one option I guess if people are worried about productivity), and yesterday was PD day for our lecturers so we had the day off. Spent the first half of the day on personal time, but then still managed to put in a solid 4-5 hours on assessments due at the end of this weekend, which is over the top for me. I did feel the consequences afterwards, but there was no over-activation of the nervous system, no fear or overdrive, just a constant sense of “oh, yeah, this needs to get done”.
I’d say with these two subs it feels very understated, until you look back at what you’ve actually accomplished. And I think maybe because of the primer or ZPU scaffolding, you reflect more on how procrastination affects your emotional body / causes unneeded stress and so adjust your stategy to begin doing certain things earlier to stop the nagging feeling from coming up and to make the subs work better.
