From qOS:
Sanguine and PEACE actually complement each other really well, because they work on the same part of life from two different angles.
Sanguine is the active one. It’s built to help you confront and clear negativity, and to keep you genuinely confident and optimistic no matter what the day throws at you. Things that used to knock you off balance start to slide right off. If you go with Sanguine: The Elixir, it reaches a layer deeper — beyond easing day-to-day negativity, it gently works on the roots of where that negativity comes from, with a real sense of relaxation and self-kindness alongside it. Think of Sanguine as clearing the weather.
PEACE is the ground underneath the weather. Rather than making you into a “calmer version” of yourself, it’s about reconnecting you to a whole, settled sense of who you already are underneath all the roles life has asked you to play. What comes with that is two-fold: a steady inner peace that’s genuinely yours — present when you wake up, unshaken by a hard conversation — and, just as importantly, a sense of aliveness and ease, so that acting from that place feels effortless rather than forced.
Together — where they differ, and why that helps:
- What they act on. Sanguine works on your response to life — how you meet negativity, stress, and setbacks, and how quickly you bounce back and stay optimistic. PEACE works on your baseline — the settled, whole place you’re responding from in the first place. One sharpens the reaction; the other steadies the source.
- Direction of the work. Sanguine is corrective and uplifting — it clears what’s dragging you down and actively builds confidence and a positive outlook, and (with The Elixir) heals the roots of old negativity. PEACE is restorative — it’s less about fixing something wrong and more about returning you to a wholeness that was always there underneath the pressure and the roles.
- What each gives you that the other doesn’t. Sanguine gives you resilience and buoyancy — the ability to weather anything and come out optimistic. PEACE gives you that deep, unshakeable steadiness plus a sense of aliveness and effortless ease, so life feels less like something to push through.
- How they meet. Because one clears and lifts your day-to-day state while the other builds the deep foundation it all rests on, they pull in the same direction instead of competing. Sanguine keeps the surface clear and bright; PEACE makes sure there’s solid, calm ground beneath it. You end up both more unshakeable and more at ease — and the two effects tend to amplify each other over time.
Both are Major Titles, so you can run them together (up to three titles total if you’d like to add a custom or another title to the stack).
One gentle note on pacing: since both of these do meaningful emotional work, you’re asking a lot of your inner processing when you run them side by side. So ease into the pairing rather than going all-in at once, give yourself space to integrate, and if you ever feel a little stirred up or foggy, that’s just processing — scale back your listening time and let things settle before ramping up again. Slow and steady gets you further here than intensity.
