What’s NREE?
This guy
Welcome to PEACE. I’m sure a lot of us – myself included – would agree with this sentiment. Only now am I starting to realize that while I have an incredible amount of “creative intensity,” I’ve been burning myself out non-stop for decades at this point. But note, PEACE does not decrease motivation in the slightest. It’s just a different form of motivation, coming from a different place. I experienced it this weekend while working on True Sell where I realized that I was moving back into old habits of staying “on” non-stop – and that wasn’t going to help the situation. Just take a complete break from even thinking about it.
A few hours later, when I had calmed, the ideas started flowing again and with @Fire 's help, we were able to get A LOT done from more relaxed and clear state. Yes, PEACE will urge you to take care of yourself and seek rest, but this notion that it will somehow affect productivity and drive is a socially conditioned fear from my perspective.
“Work yourself into the ground and eventually the system will reward you.” Yeah, whatever – we’ve seen the files, we know what kind of individuals the system “rewards.” PEACE has helped me understand that consistent, rhythmic movement operating from clarity and rest brings better rewards than “hustling.”
And the thing is, I still “hustle,” I’m just willing to sacrifice the stability of my own inner life to do so.
That did work when there were rewards. Now you don’t even get rewards, you just get abused and treated like crap. It’s become so blatant and I’ve been trying to figure out how to opt out for a while now. PEACE is helping me bridge that gap on a practical level so I don’t keep getting sucked back into it.
I listened to my first 30 second loop of PEACE last night before I went to bed.
I slept so deep that I’m convinced if WWIII started in my city last night I would have slept through it. I haven’t slept that deep in ages. To be honest, I actually don’t remember how long it’s been since I’ve had sleep that deep.
I will say this, right after I listened to PEACE there was a calmness that overcame me, but very different than the type of peace I get when I meditate. lt is very difficult to describe, and those who are using PEACE will get it. I don’t really have the words for it.
I’ll try to describe it in my own words. I didn’t give a crap about anything. Not a lazy or Narcissistic way, certainly not an unmotivated way. I just wasn’t bothered. Now I’m not saying I feel I can take on the world, that’s not exactly my goal right now. I feel as though I’m being restored and THEN I can take on the world, but not in a silly stressed out, eyes bugging out of my head, rushed kind of way. More of a stable, powerful, move any mountain kind of way.
Full disclosure: I’m running PEACE in a stack and it’s a Double Name Embedded Custom Major with Harmonic Conflux in the free slot. Then, DRReg (an old friend that I was going to add to my stack in the New Year) and Summertime is my 3rd title. Summertime is a Double Name Embedded Custom Major with Mountain Breaker in the free slot.
I’ve run DRReg for months, and absolutely love it and it has helped my PTSD in major positive ways. I’ve been running Summertime for a bit now (1 and a half full rounds) and like it quite a bit too. Of course when you stack titles together, it can bring out different things. But PEACE is first in my stack and I felt things immediately. This is an odd phrase but I would label it as a Profound Subtle energy. Almost like turning down the temperature on an oven that was turned up too high. It will get the job done without burning it or overcooking it. Modern society is burning (out) and overcooking people. This turns that shite down so you don’t burn out.
And my sleep was off the charts awesome. Can’t talk about that enough. I feel so friking energized today, but calm. No other way to describe it.
This is getting fun.
PEACE reminds me of a gentle, subtle Total Breakdown (Khan ST1). it’s bringing a lot of unresolved issues and limiting beliefs to the surface without ‘breaking’ me in the process.
Beautifully said

Ran my first 15s loop yesterday.
There is this inner tranquility even in the face of enraging things that happened during work.
I can also feel my shoulders, neck, the whole body eased up much more.
When it comes to sleep, this relaxedness allowed me to have my deepest, most rejuvenating sleep in the recent weeks.
Every time i take a deep slow inhale and exhale, i instantly feel my nerves relaxing.
I also feel at peace mentally.
Its the valley breath module at work.
Anytime im stressed a deep breath quickly resets me back to a peaceful state
I think what I like about peace the most is I don’t feel this ridiculous expectations to have my life turned around. Like “ok after I run peace I’ll be super regulated and execute all my subs better and this and that and blah blah blah” It’s just a really useful tool that calms me down and helps me disengage from the chaos and find myself. I find with a lot of subs theres this sort of anxiety to not fuck it up in some way.
I continue to update my results in Black forum, but highlights: other than surprising myself with the level of emphaticness to my speech and the positivity, and some of the things I say when talking to my friends, there has been a growing body awareness that is very distinct and different.
I mentioned my over-amped stack this morning - rather than causing any significant recon the results just keep coming. I must admit part of me even going down the path of over-amping my stack is part experimentalism, part curiosity whether I can actually create bad recon anymore, and just what are the limits of the new build beyond what the recommendations say. But beyond expected glymphatic drainage after sleep being blocked by my headphones, which had nothing to do with the sub, I wasn’t really able to notice any negative effects to going above and beyond with the stack this morning. The tiredness I experienced in the afternoon was more to do with over-straining my brain on multiple hours of difficult course material without enough breaks.
Tonight that body awareness I mentioned was so obvious there was no question of any doubt creeping in. My subconscious was showing me clearly the difference between the energy flow in my pelvis, leg/hip joints, around the acupoints and so on, before and after certain activity. like I was watching it on tv. It made it quite clear that I need to do more horse stance and pushing energy through the pelvis and hip joints. That, as well as my increasing ability to enter what I would consider a Qigong state during everyday activity, is pretty surprising to me. Of course, the usual arguments from the conscious mind apply – this is a co-evolution, the sub didn’t do it all, etc etc., which of course is true. And I have been doing appropriate action taking. I think ZPU makes it clearer what action to take, and makes the subconscious communication more recognizable. Either way, the body changes are a nice surprise.
I just listened to four minutes of Summertime and Peace each. The peaceful summertime combo.
I feel somewhat relaxed. There is less thinking and a positive feeling.
No need to do anything, just hang out relaxing. No worries.
Currently I am at work waiting from some feedback from a client.
And I feel different, can’t really describe it.
Ive been listening to Peace for 2 weeks now and I dont know what to think of it.
I do notice my head is calmer, my thoughts becoming a bit more peaceful and Ive had experiences which would have stressed me a lot in the past with worrying thoughts and I didnt engage in the worrying thinking loop.
Its in my body that Ive been feeling lots of stress and pains, its been a while since I havent got pain and soreness in my lower back, like I have since yesterday.
For the moment it feels like my mind and my body are 2 different entities having their own lives.
There is a chance it’s this part of PEACE:
Soft and Supple, Never Brittle
Helps the body trade its armor for pliancy — the trait every living thing shares, and the one every carved, finished thing eventually loses. What bends absorbs a blow and returns to shape. What stays rigid, in the end, only breaks.
Over time, the places you’d held so long you’d stopped noticing them finally let go, and you discover you can be gentle and entirely unshaken in the same motion.
[end]
We actually store a lot of emotions in our body, especially if there was trauma at any time, whether emotional, mental or physical. There is a chance that your mind is unraveling things and you are now noticing where some kind of traumatic memory or emotions are stored.
When I was going through trauma therapy I was informed that a similar thing can happen as you’re describing. Of course I’m not qualified to say that’s what’s going on, it just sounds similar to what I experienced going through trauma therapy.
If you can see a qualified professional than that might be a good idea.
Actually it just hit me after 5 loops of PEACE that I never read the copy. Usually I do but I never felt compelled to do it with this title. Yet that is.
I’ve had some really good results with it that is hard to put the finger on exactly. Mayby that is why I haven’t read it yet, maybe I want to experience it and connect the dots through my experience of it?
Maybe its connected to my recent nervous system upgrades and wild experiences. Maybe it’s me playing it like I’m reading an ancient book with a language I do not yet know, but trying to decipher it, just like I’m trying to decipher hidden codes within myself at the same time?
Just woke up as I’m typing this on my phone. I’m in a daze but I feel strangely alert an awake at the same time…
My family is having a very stressful period bc of a serious health problem of one relative. I feel directly the effects of Peace … I feel at peace, no stress, no anxiety when I should have been very stressful. I feel at a distance from the emotional aspect. It does not mean “I don’t care”, the opposite in fact. In the stress my family nearly forgot some administrative steps. Fortunately, I took time to think in a calm manner and remember these steps and told about them on time. Inner peace helps take decisions much rationally than the push of the stress. These relatives asked me to stay with them for a longer while because they said they feel more at peace when I am around them.
Peace stacked with Survival Instinct must be great !
So yesterday I thought that “peace of mind” I was feeling wasn’t real, it was fake, it lacked depth. It was more of a “If I dont look at it, it ain’t happening” kind of thing. That was avoidance behaviour, I was disassociating, disconnecting from my own body.
At that point some things became clear to me, real peace isnt achieved by disconecting from what is producing tension, but by accepting the fact that it is actually happening.
Real peace isnt passive, its not “well… I accept my fate and now im smiling my way through the slaughterhouse”. Real peace is active, I peacefully accept whats happening and decide what to do about it, the best course of action". Not being overwhelmed by feelings and stress.
As soon as I realized those things, the armor around my lower back and pelvis began to melt, pain went down about 80% and I fell asleep. I slept better than I had been in the last month or so.
Today I woke up and booked a session for bodywork.
I feel reconnected to my body.
Thats the real stuff, right there

Anyone running this with Primal?
Running PEACE with Limitless Zone and Paragon Vitality.
It’s like the nervous system trifecta
Rest has never felt so important
