I have prior experience with dense customs and @fire seems to have no objection on it.
Besides, it’s super focused with a lot of redundant scripting removed. And I’m also not in a hurry for results, I remember I ran an 8 core custom with LoTS and heigh inducer in it once a month, and it delivered results. I have a very good flow factor with physical shifting titles, a lot of free time on my hands and good nutrition.

I don’t know, just read the instructions, seems like a new rule, or more like a very strong recommendation. I hope they process it though, from my past experience with customs, seems like a strong recommendation for beginner users. If anything, titles got much easier to run since early ZP.

Just to clarify, my results regarding hair with LotS and height inducer in my 8 core custom, once/twice a month were not too significant and I didn’t run it for super long. But there were remarks about my hair regrowing, there was sth about my height where I thought and also measured against someone normally taller than me and I was kinda taller.
There was clear improvements in terms of body muscles because of LotS. But overall there were no mindblowing results, so don’t want to get you too hyped up by saying “it delivered results” on my previous post. Results differ from person to person, their lifestyle and the title(s), and how fast you want results, so think all of these through. And most importantly, your experience with subliminals.
