My plan is
one day workout
one day rest
and so forth.
This is my way to go.
I usually do almost 2 hours of workout in my session.

I wonder something,In terms of physical change, people say it’s more effective than wanted . the same goes for face, hair etc? Or wanted better for face

What was the results of the people who used LoS

I want to use for my hair later and I wonder how effective is this for hair

This is “better” than Wanted for facial shifting simply because it’s COMPLETELY focused on physical shifting, while Wanted has other objectives. Remember, there’s NO sexual seduction in LotS, just physical shifting. If that’s what you want, it’s the best product for the job.

@SaintSovereign can you respond to this please? I’m really curious if this is from LotS. Even running DR for a year did not change me so dramatically. I don’t think it’s Glm…

I feel like I’ve been depressed for 38 years and suddenly snapped out of it and now I’m up earlier/longer, way less tired, bored and apathetic.

I feel this too; it’s an effect I consciously noticed instantly when starting legacy and now is normalized but I seem to be less rigid in my flow in life, I don’t feel the need to sleep 8 hour chunks when it’s necessary or else “I pay the price”

I sleep when I want and I get up when I feel like it, I don’t complain when I don’t feel well rested, it feels like it was a road to mastering this flow of sleeping and getting up whenever I feel like it

And it paid off, I think the relaxation scripting makes it so that you’re recovering in any way possible. Some times, I’ll take a hot and cold shower (alternating every two minutes) and feel like I slept for four hours. There’s definitely something in there regarding the complexity of rest and I’m challenging what I’ve been taught by society

Are you still running Legacy? I’m curious if this optimization effect will fade out if listening ceases. So far it’s an amazing effect and I’m truly impressed. This was something I did not expect nor see coming.

I’m running a terminus custom with it and it doesn’t cease but it normalized.

Can you expand more on your experience with it normalizing? What does that look like?

First off, my ambivalence towards tiredness and toughness is gone, I am a fighter, at the very least you can call me an athlete if you don’t care for my profession. I used to believe that sleep is vital because this is what circulated around the internet and circles of fitness, it’s a clear blue pill because you’ll reaffirm it over and over, and you get brownie points for every time you affirm it.

But I had to question why being tired during workouts is bad, am I not here to test myself? Being tired is already a test of character

Anyway that’s just a look into my mind, the normalization happened when I just stopped caring for rest; it comes when it comes, I no longer have a dread when it’s 6 hours before having to wake up to train.

Rambling over. It normalized mainly when I began to feel rested after minimum sleep, the normalization is basically a fluid sleeping schedule; some days I’ll sleep 13 hours in a row; some days I’ll go a whole four days on 4 hours of sleep a day, that’s all I got

For me it was the inexplicable confusion of hormones. I only really understood it after 18.

Absolutely nobody is talking about another one of the true pillars of strength in legacy, alongside all the other goodies

Organ healing

When I first began running legacy; I felt as if I had a huge hole through my chest, it was the most brutal feeling I’ve ever had; past any soreness you’d feel ever from any chest workout

For the next two months, slowing down only last week, I’ve been coughing up an absurd amount of mucus; like absurd. Not just a bit and not just here and there, and it’s being expelled ! Meaning, no control over it, I’ve coughed thinking it was just a cough and had to spit something out and look to the ground to see the biggest chunk of mucus you’ve ever seen, I began smoking at age 13 cigs, quit within my first month of Khan zp 1 year and 2 months ago, and recently gave up weed. I’m positive there’s intense changes in other places and organs, my genitals feel healthier; they’re way less sensitive to touches and feel stronger and healthier, my bones feel way better and I’m limping sometimes because i know my posture is fixing at astonishing rates, I get a hankering to stretch myself until it hurts these days

Legacy is the future guys, I’m shifting like I did when I was 13 haha and I’m 32

my body is toning despite minimal exercise! i sleep less, feel healthier, use the bathroom more, but see physical results in myself
