How does healing on LoTS compare to that of Paragon?

Paragon heals everything, lots heals and strenghten the intrenal organs.
So if you have an injury or something lots wont help.

PARAGON…?
I have been running LOS since its release. I did a body composition scan today it indicates no change in muscle mass but a slight drop in body fat.
Now having said that the sub i think has pushed me to workout five days a week. Which i am very happy with. It has also given me loads of positivity.
To be fair i was running both Spartan Apex and LOS outside the normal protocol for a good 2 weeks.
I am going to take a 3 day break then switch back to the SC best practices for listening.

I think it definitely helps with breathing because it has paragon for organs and then there’s the form follows function motto which definitely for me has manifested into stronger breathing muscles and a better breathing rhythm that overall feels better, the WAY I breath is healthier and the relaxation scripting definitely helps in athletic performance in such a cheat code type of way. I’d recommend this for breathing better, unless you have a serious issue or problem then definitely get some help

Maybe we can even argue that legacy will help breathing more than paragon?
Because paragon and legacy both heals the organs, but only legacy can shift your nose and face to optimize breathing.
When i used paragon it didnt help my breathing but legacy does.

Yeah definitely, that is a case we can argue , a paragon and LotS stack would even be ideal for someone who wants to all in on the body garage and get a few cycles of tune ups and repairs and upgrades.
