Super excited to finally run Khan next cycle starting Oct 10. It will be KB4, Khan st 1, and Stark. Current stack of KB4, PCC, and Stark is going so good that I ought to keep it going for at least a couple more cycles. I figure I’m in a good place with my life where Total Breakdown isn’t going to cause too much disruption, may not be the case a few months from now.

I run 28 day cycles and Jan 2, 2024 will be the start of KB4 and Khan st 4. Will be a hell of a way to kick off the new year.

My main concern is that if Khan gets upgraded to ZP Max with new wealth scripting when I’m halfway through it do I just finish the stage I’m at then switch to the updated version, switch it out right away, or finish all 4 stages then just run stage 4 of the new version? Decisions decisions, will have to cross that bridge when it comes. My first instinct is to finish the stage I’m at then switch to the new version for the next stage if/when that happens.

This feels like the most active sub thread nowadays, maybe besides WB. How are y’all feeling khan? i always stayed away from it because i wanted to build a solid foundation first through simpler titles. what yall think?

I had the same impressions as you did, when thinking about starting Khan. My two cents, don’t wait on it, just do it. The only thing I will say is, if you’re going to run Khan, commit to the program and run it. Don’t bail out after stage 1 or stage 2, and don’t jump straight into stage 4. Take the journey with it and once you’re on stage 4, stick with it for multiple cycles until you embody everything that makes you a true Khan.

You won’t regret it. That much I can absolutely guarantee.

Khan and Commander are such a duo. Today went to the coffee shop as usual and there was this cute girl sitting next to me.

One thing on Khan is that I notice energy. Like its not just her looks its far beyond that and its been quite intoxicating recognizing that vitality.

So I see her and just tell her that I love her energy and then bam, we’re in a convo for 20 mins and its like time flew by. I had to leave for basketball so couldn’t do an Instant-date on coffee shops, but told her let’s meet up tmrw at 6 which she was down for

I’m currently stacking this with Commander and it’s such a dynamic duo. All from one day of Khan I already have spoken with a few girls on Commander but with Khan? Speaking with girls has become like almost second nature to me. I don’t speak. I let them talk

But It has been immensely helpful in body language and facial expressions

the more you do, the better you are ready for the rest stages. when I run Khan, I will run Stage 1 for two cycles after each other stage.

In total I’ve probabel done about 10 cycles, but not in a row, I think I have 3 cycles back in the Q days of 2020. But then again it was way different then and I listened up to 15 hours a day long before ZP

I remember the days I used to listen to one hour long subs (Qv2 era) and when ZP released it was kinda bit of water in a desert. I can only imagine how you guys were happy when you switched from 15 hours to 1 hour and from 1 hour to 15 minutes. And now, we are going further and we are encouraged to stand by microloops

One question for you Khan “veterans”. Do you experience permanency running stages(especially Stage 1) over and over so many times?
I mean - do you feel you start from higher point when you run it again and for several times?

@PetrD From what I’m gathering and have experienced, there’s a million stones to be unturned. Outside observers remark something drastically different about my character, comportment, behavior and personality in a way that’s admirable and even sexy.

I just have a hard time perceiving it myself and coming to terms with this, even though it is greatness.

I would not say a higher point but a different point. Over the last 3 years everything has changed in my life, so every time I do another cycle (just ended one ) it hits differently. Then also my ability to run and handle things as recon has changed also over the years, so now if I have recon I smile either way and just accept it, as to before I was often easily irritated and let anger out.

In a way to make it simpler to understand what I mean is something like this

A spider diagram who has ways to grow in different directions out from the character, and a run of Khan TB as an example can work in many different directions and pushing out the potential of the whole individual. So before in my life I might not be evolved particularly in one direction, as to now I might be and Khan hits those new directions as well.

Just an example, but kind of what I envisioned.

• Over the last days I see myself as more attractive and masculine when I look in the mirror.
  I´m not sure if it´s shifting or a different perception, but my face looks more “sharp” and sexy.
  Sometimes I think of a lion.
• The women who work at my local supermarket started to react very positivly to me. They give me bright smiles and seem to be very comfortable in my presence, sort of more engaged with my energy.
  Yesterday, one kept smiling at me and wished me a good morning while walking by. Her energy felt like we´ve already had sex or some relationship going on. It took me a bit off-guard, as I´m not used to this.
• I get less emotional when challenged, at least until now. Also I feel less challenged in the first place. This might be bc 1. I´m removing the beliefs and concepts that paint me as worthless, “worthy of bullying” etc. and 2. I feel more secure in myself, hence I don´t really care about “shittest” that much.
  I feel less and less the need to prove others how “tough” or “dominant” I am. I´m aware of power-dynamics, but I have more ability to choose if I want to play or just don´t care about it.
  I´m fine either way.
• Slightly increased overall bluntness.
• Manipulation from people, music and media became even more obvious, seeing how deep others are trapped inside of the brainwashing.
• Some of my old neighbours, that used to trigger my insecurities, not only completely ignore/avoid me, but also seem to be afraid of me.
  One of them is a big athletic dude who usually appeared confident and stoic to me. The last time
  I´ve met him, he seemed very eager to get away from me, nearly unable to make eye-contact. It was the first time I´ve seen fear in his eyes.
  Another dude was sitting in front of the entrance and talking to a girl that lives below us. I´ve exchanged a few words with her, and his whole body seemed to shrink lol.
  Another situation of me leaving the bank and some big, jacked dude coming my way. The moment he noticed me his whole demeanour changed, revealing his insecurities.
  …
  The best thing about all these experiences? I had no desire to submit or control those people in any way, I didn´t care. It´s just their reaction to me.
  Develope your sense of internal power and watch all this exaggerated need to dominate other people dissappear.

  You can´t try to be dominant. Either you are, or not.
• Some after-effects from Emperor, but I´m just killing it on the bike. Weirdly enough I feel super slow on it. My frame is the biggest it ever been, but I still have some fat to shedd.
• Again and again I can feel myself letting go of things, feeling lighter and more free.
• The usual deep introspection and a lot of journalling. Internally I sense a shift from feeling “broken” and that I “need years to heal” to "Yeah, just stay consistent, your freedom is closer than you think. You got this!"
