Stage one brought up recon in the form of anger. Iām not very in tune with feeling energy but I do practice micro cosmic breathing and then I thought if I can transmite sexual energy why not transmute anger and I have done micro cosmic breathing to move anger as well. I have successfully overcome some of my anger with this program as well. Iām still reactive when driving in traffic but I catch it sooner now. I now ask myself was it really worth 3 F-bombs over that light turning red too soon? And then I can at least laugh about it. Ultimately I want to overcome that reactive nature altogether.
Ran KB4 along with Khan st 1 and the recon was smooth, never ran Khan before so canāt really compare but DR1 and surprisingly PCC hit me hard.
As for the name I took it from a character in the book The Journeys of Socrates from the peaceful warrior series.

One thing I have to say about this program is, that your sexual force is purely physical it is also your key to health, longevity, and success.

It is. I eat once a day now and I donāt even have a taste for really unhealthy food. My mental ability and acuity has skyrocketed as well. Iām actually debating taking an IQ test and comparing against the one I took a few years ago (even though I donāt like them because I think it limits āintelligenceā too much).

I only eat nuts and fruits just once in the afternoon and late evening I eat a wholesome meal
My energy does not come from the food but having the additional energy helps me to digest it faster, better, and without feeling drained because the foods we ingest are usually absent of vitality that is usually released during the digestion process.
Fresh veggies and fruits still have this, as fruits and veggies deteriorate it is because the life force is depleting.
I feel this is only the beginning as itās been only a month with Kb St 4 and I have only touched its potential. Canāt wait for me Custom to arrive
