Depends on your goals. However there are many benefits from running Khan Black. I would run each stage for a full cycle then run OG Khan. KB will clear up a lot of issues/energy blockages especially relating to sex. After which youâd be in a great space to fully take advantage of all Khan has to offer.
But ultimately trust your gut, it really is the best guide.
