It’s definitely helped, but there’s times I’ve been getting so into it, I just say fuck the control and release. Although no lie, I’ve also had a couple nights where I bust and stayed rock solid without effort, if you know what I mean.

Starting to warm up to stage 3 a bit more. It feels like a wellspring of sexual energy is building up in my navel area. It feels like it’s made of dense light. Even without having to concentrate on it, that particular area of my body, I can feel it distributing sexual energy throughout my entire being.
It’s incredible because it feels like I’m having a non-stop, but smooth and blissful orgasm. Body feels lighter, I feel even more sexual than I did with classic khan but my sense of control over my own sexual energy is effortless. Makes me feel like a god to be able to handle this amount of raw primal power without any conscious effort needed at all.

Currently about a month into stage 1 of KB. But I’m using July 1 as my formal start date for reckoning. Then I plan to run each stage for two months. So by January-ish, it’ll be time for stage 4. (I can foresee potentially extending the runs of some of the stages before then depending on what is happening.)

Confusing time, it’s also hard to pinpoint exactly what it’s doing and what thoughts are coming into my mind as “healing energy channel” is pretty vague when it comes to thoughts and patterns!

Honestly I don’t feel any direct dominance stemming from KB. Now it has influenced my overall strength of life force, which has influenced me to express myself in a more lovely and assertive manner but sexual energy gives me a strong sense of calm and smooth energy.

Stage 2 for me: much more control of my sexual energy, as if I know where my energy is, I can switch on-off my arousal kind of at will (superpower), I can feel (therefore move) my energy in the different parts of my body like in
I did not see an increase in presence or overall magnetism from stage 1.
