@Dantes Since I read the program I’ve had an intuition st2 was where my issue was.
I’ve ran Khan st4 for so long and ran like 3 cycle of Khan st1… Chances the work I have to do with energy starts mostly at stage 2, probably some damage was done to my energy channels during my depressive time.
I’m still running a cycle of st1, I feel a but freer, like feeling more comfortable roaming around naked at home, sleeping naked and being seen naked, also removing some of my performance pressure I usually have which is still great work, but I don’t necessarly feel so much more energetic, compared to what other people might report here on the forum 
Yeah problem with khan is I think energetically wasn’t able to handle it lmao I think combining KB with Khan would be nuts
