KBC increases my metabolism and waste production for an energetic reason. That makes me pee really frequently like LB did for the same reason.
Also I felt KBC working with my energies in my loins and around my heart. Warm, pleasant streams of energy coursing there back and forth.

Three loops in with my stack or RoM and KBC. So far I’ve had pretty much zero recon in the typical sense of difficult emotions to deal with, stagnation, brain fog etc. With that being side I’ve been pretty strict with my diet, as well as lifting intensely for 5-6 days per week which I think has helped me process better. Along side that I’ve really been following the instructions pretty much as intended, which I think has been very beneficial for the results I’ve been getting.
I have been pretty good about my meditation practice as well, typically this is pretty sporadic for me; but since starting this stack I’ve been pretty spot on every day. Now my meditations are nothing complex, typically 20 minutes long, starting with some mindfulness and getting present to the moment; followed by visualizing my goals, and releasing counter intentions/negative emotions.
Over the last week my manifestations have been pretty wild. In fact whatever the goal Has been, I’d say I’ve had better results then when running a title specific to that goal, like finances for example. My intuition on this is that my vibration, presence, whatever you want to call it was not strong enough to manifest anything. While my work ethic was there, and perhaps i had the skill set, there simply wasn’t enough “life force” behind my actions to make my goals manifest.
To get into specifics, I’ve set my goal for how much money I want to have in my bank account by the end of the month, and the services I intend to render in return for that. Things have been opening up, whether that’s new shifts available at the bar, or managers reaching out and showing me new systems and processes that will allow me to reach out to more sales prospects ina. More efficient way. I set my goal pretty realistic, but I have 100% faith that it has already been attained, and since then things have been opening up in a way that would make that happen.
On top of that, today a family member reached out and offered to help me take care of some debt that’s been hanging over my head. This alone will sky rocket my income as it’s been draining a lot of ky monthly income and making nearly impossible for me to set money aside.
My level of awareness over my problems, limitations, and habit cycles is crystal clear right now. I can vividly see the patterns I’ve fallen into, and what’s been holding me back. Now a lot of this I would say is RoM, but the manifesting aspect I would attribute to a combination between the two, like I can communicate directly with my subconscious, and now have the energy level starting to back it that will bring it into the physical plane.
Now side affects of all this, is that my charisma; ambition, discipline, are all steadily rising, but in a way that feels completely natural to me. Not Alpha from my status, money, game, or physicality, but simply a leader because my energy and purpose are all so clear right now, and I feel exactly congruent with who I am and what I want. It’s hard to describe, but an incredibly powerful and liberating frame. I feel like I’m becoming exactly who I was meant to be… and this is only stage 1 🫣

This is something annoying
From the most exciting title ever to the more “nerfed one”.
Just because 4 or 5 amongst many users report something “not expected”.
Searching for the title that fits all users, that is 100% safe even when irresponsible users run it, that at the same time brings about huge and trascendent results is a lost battle from the start.

Here comes a question . When we will find subs from subliminal club related and works directly with concepts like "energy field " chakras and so on … I know there is alchemist stage 1 but I am asking about more direct approaches .
I know what this feeling is all about , I have the sam experience but with different modalities years back …
At some point with our sub journey we have to share our opinions and experience realted to what that energy means and why it’s there …
Sexual energy equals life energy and your body is full of life … the areas you feel that feeling are lifeless and now you enlivening it again enjoy the journey 
Actually some parts of your body will feel cold or stiff in its way back to becoming full of life again .
So remember KBC will work on your whole body not just the gentiles area …

Interessting you said this. And i agree with you. I reflected my words i wrote in full recon this morning. it comes to my mind that the feeling i felt is energy rising up in my body. A feeling an (recovering) porn addict of decades barley felt before . So this is an all new feeling.
I read an article about this a few days ago. It seems that this is common in the Nofap community that this is a bad thing. But now i can understand it better.

I’ve used it twice so far, going to stack it with my current setup of EoG Stage 4 and Khan Stage 4 in the next cycle. I have to say, it’s such a great sub. Makes me feel really chill and easy going. I don’t know much about the spiritual aspects of it, but I did pick up the book on Dao that @Malkuth mentioned. Reading it now, but going to hold off on doing any of the exercises until I’ve had a few months of running KB and letting it do it’s thing without my intervention.
I can’t speak for the seduction pieces yet, but again, just really grounds me in some ways. Amazing sub so far and zero recon of any kind.
