I do, and it’s certainly possible. Consciously guiding a sub in my understanding has to do with observing the results, and taking action to steer the outcome away from those aspects of the subliminal you do not want to manifest.
In this example, you ran KB, and ran into some behaviors you didn’t want. You took action by running a subliminal you thought would adjust those behaviors, this was a conscious behavior which may or may not have been intentionally trying to steer the outcomes of KB, but it was still action taken towards this goal. You could just as easily have taken different action to achieve the same end of altering your interactions with others, but instead you ran a different sub.
Personally, my stack is often pretty complex, I’m an advanced user (started here in mid 2020), so I’m no stranger to switching up stacks, but it is good to be cautious not to put yourself into recon with too much switching, and use microloops if you’re getting too much blowback. @Malkuth recognised the signs of recon in what you’ve written and did a good job of clarifying its wider attributes. You mentioned recon is not “intense” for you… ZP has been specifically designed to smooth out recon and make it an easier experience than it used to be on the earlier Q subs, but that doesn’t mean it can’t manifest in more pointed ways like what you mentioned regarding anger and the argument you had. Like it was said by others, recon is more about bringing the goals of different subs in harmony with your inner core, and while you’re figuring out how to do that it can cause undesirable outcomes which can be mitigated with careful self observation.
