I feel like drred and kb updated will be good together, will wait for the update before starting kb again but so far drr has really smoothed out sexual related blockages and healing everything connected with help of khan st1 as well.

I increased exposure from 40 seconds up to 1 minute and additionally ran Ascension Chamber for 1 minute. It led to a very unpleasant reconciliation. Next time gotta do 50 seconds and not AC.

The thing is with Khan black stage 1 you have toit run multiple times for some people who are older it can be order of running it for months and months. I speeded up things by building a 2 core custom which included khan stage 1 and khan black stage 1 even then it took months and months of running it and even switching back to it now and again. I think i have pretty got rid of the majority of my insecurities.

1 minute of KB is ideal for me; no stacking to avoid complications.

I realized that whenever you feel discomfort, using ST1 makes it disappear.

Kind of anticipating the new KB myself.
Especially after reading the reports on DRR stage 4. If KB stage 4 gets some of that good stuff where it’s so good you just wanna stay on 4 for awhile.

Oh yeah i ran dr v2 for a year but drr seems so much better like an upgrade u can run for life.
Drrst4 feels very good and its healing sexual related areas too so it would be good with kb to handle sexual energy better in healthy manner.
Waiting for new kb as well i would guess from December to February update.

I think other titles deserve an update first like emperor black, but anyways we should just be patient as all the titles are being updated anyway

I got to this thread to ask the same question!
Curious whether the new Khan will be an upgrade or it will be more tailored towards Qigong. Having said that Qigong is more about energy cultivation so regardless more energy and more a more efficient flow of energy is always a good thing.

Reflecting on the past two months, I’ve been extensively using Khan Stage 3 and have experienced significant healing, both directly and indirectly, as a result. Interestingly, I feel that Stage 3 has provided me with more profound insights and benefits than Stage 1.
On the first cycle of khan 3 i was angry and frustrated but after the second cycle this has bloomed into calmness.

I recall Saint mentioning in his posts a version which would be more for energy practices but that was a while back so things may have changed.
How many cycles did u do stage 2? From how intense some people described st3, seems st2 is crucical to develop before it

There is Khan Black V2 (upgrade on the original title) and a “Khan Black 2” (working title) that would focus on Qigong/stuff of that nature.
