I agree with you but still it will be impossible for most so next best thing is having good resources here for safer and smarter approach to these topics.

Can you elaborate what to avoid, are you talking of western qi gong, microorbit?

And question for you and Goldenbird if you have time to check this https://youtu.be/c4n_NXSs8x0?si=YeosQkIzE1ok2SbH

She seems genuine but not sure if the information is quality or bad.

Yes, avoid visualizations to push/force energy into moving. This can lead to all sort of problems.
Safe route is creating the right conditions for the body to start these processes on its own.

Basically the state of mind during these practices should be that of attention (like observing the processes happening without interferring), not that of intention (ā€œenergy should move like thisā€, ā€œthis sensation I’m feeling is wrong, I should do this to correct itā€)

About the ā€œfalse kundaliniā€ topic:
Yin fields are like magnetic fields (yin), they need to be formed and structured to skillfully contain (and direct) yang energy.
Otherwise it’s like having a bucket with holes in it, you can put all water you want (yang qi) but it will but it will be dispersed and possibily go everywhere in the body (if it goes to the head… issues)

Build strong roots before starting to build a skyscrape

And about your video link… leave kundalini and chakras alone (especially if your source is some random people on youtube), they are very very advenced topics, treat them seriously and with respect.

When there is intense concentrated sexual energy in root it feels disruptive i do find pushing it a bit back to go along spine usefull in the moment in my body as it lowers and relieves the pressure, im experimenting with invoking higher self and telling it to do that process safely as its wiser than conscious self.

Also another difficulty is that looking at sexual content of any kind is like lighting a fuse and activating the sexual energy pressure in root but its difficult to entirely avoid as internet or real life theres thrist traps everywhere you look…
I will run more kb1 with dr4 cycles to clear blocks.

My general advice is, be gentle with yourself and the entire process. Treat it like a serious thing but not like a life or death situation (this would create more blockages, use a ā€œmentality of a scientistā€ instead).

A good development in mindfullness skills (equanimity, stability of mind, erc…) is usually considered a prerequisite for this kind of pratice.

Also great that resources are being shared so saint and fire improve their knowledge and understanding as we all do, so the next update of kb will be far better.

We have already made our decision on this point. We have already consulted legal on this multiple times, and we already have all the resources we need.

Guys, we are not fools, nor are we ignorant, and given how effective Khan Black is, it should be obvious that we have access to legitimate information and training, so we don’t need to source this forum on that.

I want everyone to stop debating us on this point. We’ve grown weary of getting snapped at every time we have to make a moderator decision on this, as if we haven’t weighed the options and pushed things to as far as they can go.

You’ll have to find another place to discuss in-depth techniques and the such. And there are plenty of online courses and teachers that are affordable and legitimate. And some that are not.

Years of preparatory practice at that. KB can help spread that process up, and if you can’t find a teacher right now, you can literally just run KB and live a healthy life. Go to the gym or be extremely creative so that the excess energy is used.

Now, speaking to everyone and not just Sungaze.

Playing around with high level energetic techniques from deliberately encoded books where the finer secrets of the process are only revealed via transmission from teacher to student is dangerous. This is mentioned in the foundational book @GoldenBird mentioned, (which I have already read in its entirety because I’ve used cognitive enhancing subs to enhance my reading speed to crazy levels — HINT HINT) and thus, there’s nothing we’re saying that contradicts what the actual masters say.

The mind and body has to be trained through meditation and practice to relax, and yet remain focused, doing and non-doing at the same, and these preparatory practices are necessary for the development you actually want.

Wait a minute… it’s almost like a certain subliminal audio producer released a number of products to assist with these and speed up the process. If one would pay attention and read between the lines and possibly look at RoM, RoS, Alchemist, Sage Immortal to help manifest proper information and teachers.

Pay attention to the ā€œStacks Well Withā€ section of Sanguine and what that title attempts to achieve. Then read between the lines and stop arguing with us all the time.

Guys, listen to Saint and Fire. They do know what they’re talking about. I mentioned these points because I understand the challenges of finding authentic teachers, and I wanted to caution that without genuine motivation, discipline, and proper self-education, you may encounter difficulties the likes of which you may not even realize are possible. I’m not even talking about simply ending up in a sex-cult. The most concerning teachers I’ve encountered are those who, despite lacking malicious intent towards their students, possess massive egos and are unable to recognize their own ineptitude. This results in guidance that is even inferior to self-learning from books alone.

This is the perspective I tried to comment on a bit with my posts. As I’m getting older, I’m beginning to understand the profound truth behind the age-old saying, ā€œwhen the student is ready, the master appears.ā€
It really is true. Notice how when people become internally congruent and able to execute the advanced seduction subs, they run into seemingly impossible coincidences where their ideal women just appear in the most unlikely places? The same is true with manifestation on the spiritual path. Looking back, I realize that the people I’ve met at any given stage were the ones that actually matched what was truly inside of me, even when I consciously felt like I deserved more.
I am one of those guys that spent their entire 20s on such a ā€œwild-goose chaseā€ in China as well as India. I even structured my university studies around this search. I had many failures and it is by a stroke of luck(is there such a thing?) that I am not in some place for the clinically insane.
Qi deviation is an absolutely real thing. I’ve seen people that have become complete maniacs that can’t seem to get out of a state of constant paranoia or psychosis. You regularly come across teachers that grumble that they had to fix a guy over a long period of time because he energetically messed himself up by practicing pranayama or qigong from some book her found somewhere.
Now, it is true that there have been many yogis and saints that did it all themselves and they did not even have a human teacher(they usually had visions or a non-human teacher though), but the chances that everything comes together for you and you become an amazing scholar-practitioner that avoids every single pitfall out there is, of course, rather low.
And from the perspective of Saint’s and Fire’s business, it just makes complete sense not to encourage people to go on incredibly dangerous adventures on their own, but to rather consult a living teacher that has been through it all himself and knows what to do when things turn hellish.
Like Saint said, it is right there in the books themselves.
Just went through my notes and found a highly relevant quote from The Sufi Path of Knowledge, by Prof. William Chittick in which he lays out the teachings of the Sufi Sheikh Ibn Arabi

It is well known
that nowadays most people interested in
the spirituality of the East desire the ā€œex-
perience,ā€ though they may call what
they are after intimate communion with
God. Those familiar with the standards
and norms of spiritual experience set
down by disciplined paths like Sufism
are usually appalled at the way Western-
ers seize upon any apparition from the
domain outside of normal consciousness
as a manifestation of the ā€œspiritual.ā€ In
fact there are innumerable realms in the
unseen world, some of them far more
dangerous than the worst jungles of the
visible world. No person familiar with
the teachings of Sufism would dare lay
himself open to such forces without the
guidance of a shaykh who has himself
traveled the path, faced the dangers and
overcome them, and been given a man-
date from heaven to guide other seekers. (Chittick 1989, 263)

Your point remains though. Most people in the West, or even in modern India/China are not in a place where they can leave their families and workplace for the next few decades, and look for somebody who does not even announce himself/herself in public. Most teachers would say: ā€œDon’t even try. Focus on living a good, responsible lifeā€. And they’re usually right. You got to know yourself and your capabilities in this life right now. Know thyself.
For the time being, a reasonable way for Westerners who cannot give it all up is to stick with the Western representatives of these Asian lineages(you bypass the problems I mentioned before, such as the strict hierarchies and the language and cultural barriers, that’s huge). They can give you guidance online, a structured curriculum, and eventually, you can go to their retreats and receive direct personal guidance. That is about as good as it gets right now.

I’m going through the Foundations(Level 1) course right now. This is Quanzhen/Complete Reality School of Taoism (of which Longmenpai are a branch) stuff, as the teachings come from Wang Liping, who is a living lineage holder (Thomas Cleary translated his biography Opening the Dragon Gate). They were/are monastic people, so their stuff is hardcore. There are a lot of seated meditations, and right from Level 1, they do expect you to sit in Padamasana(cross legged posture) for a good 40 minutes or so. Eventually, this goes up to 3 hours.
I’d say that their stuff is not only dense and will take many years worth of practice to ā€œcompleteā€, but that is also as safe as it gets in that sphere. Nathan Brine is a good guy and he takes care in easing you into the practice.
It is expensive though, and I do have my misgivings about it. Whenever Wang Liping comes to the West, the retreats are super expensive. I don’t like this at all, since in my opinion, the original model in India and China was far better. The disciple had the right to thoroughly test his future master, and the master did the same with him. If satisfaction was reached, the formal teacher-discipline relationship started and it was non-commercial because it was understood that teachings aimed at self-realization should not be treated like market goods. Unfortunately, practically all Western representatives of Asian lineages are highly commercial(they want to make a living out of it and practice instead of having no time for cultivation because of some 9-5 they have to slave away at, can’t blame them), and they often argue that the non-commercial relationships of old had much higher hidden fees in that the disciple practically moved to the master’s place and became a house-servant in many cases.

But if you’re stuck somewhere in a small town in the West and cannot immediately go on a retreat or go on long expensive expeditions in Asia, there might not be many other choices for you as of right now, aside from these schools that you can access over the Internet. I guess this where the business related subs come in;)
In general, you seem to have far more choices in the English-speaking world, than elsewhere. Almost all lineage holders I am aware of are either native English speakers or reside in English-speaking countries.
If you live in rural Europe like me, your choices become rather limited. In my posts, I haven’t said much about teachers connected to the Indian traditions, but there are obviously some. Personally, I can vouch for Reinhard Gammenthaler, who is the last disciple of the controversial Dhirendra Brahmachari. His workshops go straight into the energetics of Kundalini Yoga and he’s very conservative and disciplined about these things. No New Age fluff. He speaks German, but usually holds his workshops in English and they’re pretty affordable. It used to be possible to take lessons from him for around 10€ per hour in his town but since Corona his prices have gone up substantially. He regularly visits most countries in Europe and Russia. You can get a feel for him through this playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLAEFEB83FF66A9822
Christopher Wallis, the guy who wrote the articles about the origins of Kundalini Yoga that I linked to above, also accepts students, although I haven’t personally met him before. He seems like an earnest scholar-practitioner though.

As far as I know, Damo Mitchell also holds retreats and accepts students, so that is another openly accessible teacher. He isn’t doing it for free either, though. But the point remains that it is possible to find competent teachers in Western countries, so you don’t have to pack your bags and leave everything. And for energy refining systems, it is necessary to have a good teacher. Before finding one, just keep in mind that it is an absolute crapshoot out there, with many people trying to take advantage of seekers. Be vigilant and upgrade yourself with the subs, and if you become congruent and know exactly what you want, I see no reason why your ideal teacher shouldn’t manifest in your life.

Sorry for that. I wasn’t sure about how much is too much for the forum

Thanks for detailed reply, i can relate to rural eu experience and difficulties.
Are you familiar Jan Esmann? Plan to attend his shaktipad retreat as i heard good reviews hes not really following any tradition but did have transmission from guru and deities in his story.

I know the difficulty of finding the right teacher that is well qualified, high integrity and suitable to your style of spirituality.

I will check the taoist course you mentioned. Also better to dm in future since mods dislike this type of comments so i will stop.

Some points:

  1. Two good questions: ā€˜What is it that I am aiming to learn?’ and ā€˜From whom am I able/willing to learn?’

  2. If someone seems to you to be perfect, that may not be a great teacher for you. If someone strikes you as highly skilled and human, that may be a great teacher.

  3. Don’t just judge a teacher by their own skills and knowledge; judge a teacher by the demonstrated skill and knowledge of their close students.

  4. The above points are correct; except for those cases in which they are incorrect.

In your opinion do I really need a teacher when my goal (at least for now) is relatively modest. To fuel the aura of Wanted Black to achieve a harem of partners

I think they’re talking to people who want to unleash kundalini and such. As for men like you and I; that love the overall improvement in spirituality, energy management to the point of actually getting younger and healthier with time, and the will to hold our seed.

Then I assume just listening to the program and simply existing in harmony with our energy is enough.

Kundalini is awakening energy usually sit at the base of the spine (dormant in most people). With techniques and meditations climbs up to brain and makes you experience enlightenment. There are some old school and new school ways of working with Kundalini energy. I believe they mention it because KB and Kundalini processes are both engage transformations through working with sexual energy.

Energetic anatomy, or bio-energetic anatomy, is a paradigm for making sense of how living things function and are structured.

Just like your average biology textbook will identify 1000s of concepts and mechanisms to try to explain living systems, so will alternate approaches.

Modern biology talks about mitochondria, DNA/RNA, and liver and spleen function.

Energetic frameworks identify concepts like nadi, dantian, kundalini, and so forth.

If you want to learn about human biology, health, and fitness, you need to find good sources, environments, and experts to learn from.

This is also true for energetic health and development.
