Not to violate fires campfire policy, just most info i read on higher end inner sexual alchemy for inner benefits includes abstinence almost mandatory in some. Not a fun way to live life tho

Man it’s a looooooong and veeeeeery difficult to arrive to such levels (at least in daoist alchemy).
For now, I wouldn’t worry at all if I were you…

Also, beware that how much is too much depends on your age and other factors and that , there other things that disperse sexual energy even more than sex btw.

So don’t be too extreme and cause stagnation (I’ve been there years ago :wink:)

For now I would just follow

I have to sleep for 8-10 hours with additional naps in the afternoons on the New Khan Stage 1(solo).

I felt a much stronger sensation of energy in the body, but couldn’t go past 40 minutes . Felt a much stronger urge to sleep than with the 10 minute version. But upon waking, I felt more energetic than I usually do. However, I had done Zhang Zhung qigong before it.

I’m considering testing out the 21 day washout in between KB stages. So that’d be once every 3 cycles. What do you guys think? I also plan on switching out my support titles for each stage.

To my surprise very quiet, only reacts to very very few women. These women who the tiger jumps all have Inner values and I respect them as a human being.

On the other side I have now room and the energy for other things in life than tigresses.

Doing now after 5 circles of Khan Black a circle of a Wanted Black, Lovebomb, Inner Circle custom.

Going even more relaxed and positive optimistic about the whole thing

Life is great if you have other priorities than women, it gets really interesting.

Right now I am in Creta and traveling to a holy mountain (again), last time I stood on top of this mountain I stood in a fountain of energy that this mountain emits. The energy of this mountain speaks : ALL LIVE IS HOLY

I have my medicine with me so I am doing a Zeremonie today on top of the mountain
