One of my main reasons for wanting to run Heartsong and finally settled on KB, was an old relationship. Today I felt like I was over it once again. So it took off another layer there. Still have some very slight feelings around it but I think KB will take care of it finally.

I’ve only done one cycle with KB so any sort of spiritual or mystical type experiences I’ve had were before Sub Club. I can say Sub Club titles have helped me vastly with my personal growth and definitely have helped in clearing up some of those practical issues that have limited my success in life. Each new generation of releases to me always seems to get better. It’s also a matter of patience sometimes and just getting out there and working on my goals/passions/desires/inspirations.

And many are not kundalini, just poor kidney field strength that leads to qi escaping up the spine through the nervous system

The only two things I’ll say on Kundalini:

1 - Find a good teacher.
2- Focus far more on developing a healthy body and mind, inner silence through meditation, and wholesome states of mind. Gentle asana and pranayama to slowly clear the nadis and gently coax prana. Don’t force/chase Kundalini. Don’t go straight up to crown. You need to clear from root to brow first and live a grounded life. Premature K awakenings are a real thing and can cause great distress and harm. So find a good teacher and self-pace!

Just doing 1 microcosmic orbit feels so good man. I just do less than 3 minutes of the orbit and feel so good. I must try the hour long guided orbits when I got time. I recon I’ll be overwhelmed by the sensations of energy in the body. :grinning:

Also, regular meditation of 10 minutes feels good too. Peaceful.

Im doing 20 to 25 minutes sessions, twice a day… It feels fantastic.
Im on my 2nd cycle of stage 1, cant even imagine how would it feel in later stages.

It’s also helping my physical shifting program (qtks custom) tremendously as I’ll envision those parts being worked on, healed.

Overall okay.

I’m eager to use Wanted Black & later stages of New Khan again… but hoping to see some growth beforehand

Running KB and Khan, Stage 1 of both. I’m running 10 minutes of each this cycle. I will probably move it up to 15 minutes next cycle if things continue smoothly.

I’m running 3 minutes though and will increase it over multiple cycles.

Healing feels much more organic in these ones and the epiphanies very subtle, too subtle to explain to others.

I plan to do the same KB+Khan… but on my second or third run of all KB stages.
I’m thinking of using KB “indefinitely”, two cycle each stage and and restart from ST1)

Did a circle of a KB st4&Sanguine custom(15 min) with a Diamond, Nectar, BDLM custom (15min) and Wanted Black, Lovebomb, Inner Circle custom (6min)

So far so good

3 times recon for 10-30 min but super manageable

That’s it.

Awesome… actually closer to my full stack in some ways… but no auras at this point… Dueling Khans :person_fencing:: Khan Black St 1 + New Khan st 1… was also using BDLM…

Decided to go back to BDLM/ Diamond custom with Aphrodite, SPS: Reproductive System etc Sexual Energy and everything related on steroids

Yep it was too much Auras.
Never felt this drained before.
But 200 grams sprouts a day did the job pretty well.

For the next cycle I gona downgrade to KB&Sanguine and one more custom.

@unusualfellow how does it go with both Khan’s?
