Things in motion stay in motion :grin:

Finished up a cycle of KB1 (2nd run) on Thursday. I’m stacking it with QL so there may be some overlap in the mental effects that I describe. But KB definitely helps the mental side, too, because I’m not constantly lusting or desperately thinking about sex like I have in the past. Some notes:

  • Was already doing no porn and no masturbation, but now there is zero desire for porn; it’s like it ceased to exist in my reality. No stress, no “missing it”, only the occasional thought flashes through my mind and it’s easily dismissed
  • No problem ignoring the adult magazines and pictures of young, fresh-faced, big-boobed girls that this country loves to plaster everywhere and on anything they can get away with
  • Sexual desire and feeling desperately horny has more or less gone. I get proper morning wood but then things settle down quickly. I only get turned on by those in real life who turn me on, and otherwise I’m good
  • Feel free and in control of myself. It’s so nice to be able to direct my mind (QL/KB) and energy (KB) to the things I want/need to do without much resistance
  • Speaking of energy, I already have tons more and I know things are just getting started. Between this and QL I am hungry to work on the different projects in my life, and I have more energy to study and do things at times when I’d normally be exhausted. I feel like I have so much more of myself to give than before
  • Feeling a bit more peaceful and significantly more caring towards the people in my life
  • Hyper aware of how male sexuality is targeted and abused by society and businesses
  • Becoming sensitive to good/bad energy in people, and my intuition is on another level in terms of evaluating their state and responding accordingly
  • It’s too early to tell the final result, but an insane manifestation related to my current work transition happened. Crazy insane, definitely-not-a-coincidence type situation happened.

The sex subs, and particularly this sub, feel so good to run. I know from experience what the lack of discipline leads to, but this washout has been tough because I just can’t wait to run KB2 (and QL2).

2 more days to go :sob:

Congratulations on the great results. Coincidentally I am also near the end of the second cycle of KB St1. And my results are pretty similar, so this must be really working of Khan Black.
I am also tempted to go with KB2 next cycle, but maybe I will go on with KB1 yet.

For a third cycle? You’re a better man than me! What are your goals for running it? And are you stacking with anything?

I wouldn’t say this is about being better man or not, but I think everyone needs different time for getting right results. And as guy in his late thirties I want to be sure to get my system really clean before stepping into other stages. And also the fact I am running it as part of stack of 3 subs. If you consider that recommendation for single sub stack is to run 1-2 loops every other day, it means that with 3-sub stack two months is absolute minimum to get the same level of exposure. But maybe little more time would be more fitting, especially as I want to run KB long term, so there is no rush for me.

My goals with KB are kind of “earthly.” I do not mean I am not interested in spirituality, I also used to be intrigued by sexual energy flow, semen retention, etc. etc. I kind of think of sexual energy as life force and quality of life is different depending on how much you have and what quality it is. So my main goal is for this energy furnace to get clean and running to support my goals and get my daily life better. You know - benefits you mentioned are all worth it by itself.

I stack it with original Khan and Heartsong(both being run long-term, not because of new updates). But because of this stack, I like to read benefits that other users reap to understand better, which attributes that I experience myself are connected to which sub. I feel like adding KB into stack made really big change. (Well, now with updates I feel also big shift, but it is still soon to evaluate more deeply)

And your experience with KB is really profound so I am really looking forward to read your experience of KB St2 as I am getting there too sooner or later.

Yeah, that’s a big reason why I prefer running 2-stacks – feels like I get more exposure and forces me to focus. I think with these updates, a little really does go a long way, but it’s a psychological thing for me, too.

Seems like all of us running KB are on different parts of the same path. What you say about the importance of energy – I could intellectually understand the idea before but it feels like with KB I’m fully integrating the lesson into my entire being. Sexual energy is so important and I can’t believe how much I trivialized it before. It’s like I’m starting to see a whole new world.

And dude! Great stack. I don’t know when I’ll get to Khan again, but I have HS on deck, waiting for me. Maybe in the second half of the year or so. Do you have any writeups about Heartsong so far? I don’t want to clog up the Khan Black thread but there aren’t many people who have detailed their experience with Heartsong, how people manifested for them, etc.

How are you running a 2 title stack? You just listen to both titles on the same day?

Yeah, standard listening protocol. 1 loop (15 min) each. For this stack in particular, I try to run it in the morning because if I run it close to bed I can’t sleep.

Well, I also planned to stack only Khan + Heartsong initially, but I added Khan Black after reading so many positive reviews and feedbacks. And I do not regret, even if it means stacks is more diluted now.

And yes, clearing that sexual energy is so great, that as it was already mentioned, KB1 would be worth itself as sub.

Regarding Heartsong, I am answering in Heartsong thread, as I also do not want to clog up this KB thread.

Sharing some knowledge & finding about Kundalini.

@AnswerGroup hope this not violate the campfire :upside_down_face:. Can stop chatting and argument if it heats up too much.

Kundalini is always a journey and life style in your life. You cannot push, chase or make it happen. Only when you let go of the results, live and enjoy the process & journey then you can have Kundalini awakening 1000%.

Kundalini awakening or rising has two types:

  1. Full blown awakening when bum bum bum the energy from tailbone rises thru all 7 chakras and go above your head. This is a very difficult awakening, because at one shot your whole body get all energy from 7 chakras. After that experience, you have to learn to balance the energy and dealing with all kind of energy-overload symptoms: hight heat/temperature, high sex drive, mind awake 24 hours without need to sleep, etc. 3 to 7 years are the minimum period that you have to change your life style to adapt and balance the energy. If not, you could go crazy and wanna suicide because of energy overloaded.

  2. Gradual awakening when 7 chakras open not at once but gradually 1 or 2 at the times. For this gradual awakening, if you want to open higher chakras, energy practices and healthy body are a must to open them. It takes much longer time with determination to get the full awakening.

The similar things about these 2 awakening are:

  • Healthy, balanced body & mind are a must.
  • Energy practices to move energy up and open higher chakras.
  • It becomes journey and life style to have Kundalini awakening

Does these points meet your experience?

It most closely resembled this one.

Not from use of subs… 2008

I was actually driving a vehicle on a quiet street while IT happened… I felt something explode all the way up my spine to the top of my head and then “drip” down sides of my skull, only it felt COLD. It sort of was painful but very blissful.

I wasn’t trying to make it happen, and while I heard about “kundalini” because I had for years studies Vedanta, I just focused on samadhi and read about enlightenment. I knew nothing about kundalini awakening. I was completely unprepared.

Luckily, my parents both studied Eastern philosophy & religion, so we had huge libraries to look stuff up, in addition to internet. I read a couple books about things you should or shouldn’t eat after the incident and for a month I was like in a samadhi like state… then I gave into worldly cares or something and it felt like I came back down to earth…

It was a good experience for me.

I just wish it stayed and I transformed it properly…

I’m definitely glad nothing like this happened to me! Yikes

And then all was quiet

Like seductress dark date

Hahahahaha

I don’t think it was kundalini awakening for me, but samadhis. I only did meditation for mental benefits but more so my inner state exploded and ego couldnt function at state of huge turmoil that acceptence open up the flood gates.

Reminds me of Alan Watts describing the blissful awakening experience of people in extreme circumstances like war just before they thought they would die or extreme hopelessness in concentration camps, bringing acceptance to that completely reverses the lowest into highest state, that was kind of for me experience and later transformation that followed.
I would describe similar to Eckhart Tolle and his experience.

Cant say yet that kb1 tamed the sexual beast, i still have massive sexual energy and bit of wolf of wall street scene mentality aka if you are productive then its fine even mandotory to indulge to de stress and de pressure…

Still use it with intent in context of chaos magick directing energy release for manifesting. Tho not a long term strategy that i would want to stick to.

Sleep so far few hours here and there maybe in burst of 2 or 3 hours then wake up, dr4 making me workout a lot but recovery is slow so lots joint body ache pains.

I’m not feeling ‘heat’ like when I originally tried KB ST1 last summer but stopped to optimize my stack. I’m really just running it to clear up junk and trauma related to sex.

Hmm ABC333, had me thinking there was a time a week ago, I did feel HOT yet it was very cold outside :man_shrugging:

I know it don’t feel heat like in my core, the solar plexus.

Yesterday I was driving around and it was like I had some kind of insight into the sexual energy thing. Like I was looking at the world with new eyes for a bit. Just kind of a glimpse into understanding things on a deeper level, like opened eyes a bit. A couple times I’ve felt like I noticed the increased body heat. Like I was feeling hotter than I thought I should be given my amount and effort of activity.

Has anyone else started to think about CWON while on this? I wonder how they would go together.

Seems like it could be an amazing stack.

Is it from KB, because I went to the beach for a dip in the ocean, and had this unusual feeling of being really immersed in the experience and just felt so connected, like I was one with it.

Motivated to eat healthier on this sub too, and get involved in more activities that are good for emotional and mental health.

Kundalini is a natural thing, everyone can rise energy with correct practices.

What you practiced and did in the past, meditation and samadhi are natural practices leading to Kundalini. I believe if you have read and researched about Kundalini awakening, many of the cases are from meditation.

When your body and mind are ready, it just happens.

I’m keeping a close eye on this thread.

It’s important to note, to not rely on “it just happens”, but that if you are on this path to seek out a teacher who can guide you through this process. Don’t rely on the New Age mess, but find an authentic teacher in Yoga, if you are pursuing the Kundalini path.

You don’t want to be doing any sort of higher spiritual processes without a guide.
