That was definitely the intention.
I don’t think people really understand this - that most of us are basically always slightly dehydrated, and how that apparently has quite a significant impact on cognition.
Helping us remember to drink the clear splooshi splooshi is amazing. God knows my adhd needs it
Any plans to release it as a module, or perhaps even as a patch for Paragon?
This was worth the wait, holy shit
So how would Earth stack with a LOTS/Paragon custom?
And do we have to be consciously aware of a “craft” we want to devote ourselves to in order to reap maximum benefits from this title?
Is there any scripting here to discover a craft or to become aware of our purpose?
Also, love the callout of a new perspective of purpose as subtle and humble, rather than bombastic and earthshattering. That resonates with me a lot more than Khan’s “world domination” vibe and I am happy to see representation of those different archetypes here
Yes, that is the goal of the script. It is adapted from Paragon, but remember that this scripting isn’t a pass to be reckless (note, this is mentioned in the script as well – that rest and nutrition accelerates mastery). Not saying that you’d do this, but I know that there are those who are just waiting to push its limits, lol.
Not necessarily. The two are designed to work synergistically. The Earth stage just goes much deeper and more granular than HERO: Origins, given that it’s an entire title that encompasses the topics of physical mastery, strength and resilience. If anything, it would enhance HERO: Origins.
As you work through the features, you’ll have to answer this yourself. But just to give a few examples – I can’t quite remember who’s been posting about the difficulties they are experiencing when trading (@GoldenTiger perhaps), but think of how Stage 2: Water, Stage 3: Air and Stage 4: Fire could help them.
Calm, controlled emotions + crystal clear mind + focused intention = $$$$
Any vocation or craft that deals with risk, for example, would be enhanced by these stages. Earth as well, but not as obvious as the other stages.
Same thing with yourself, working in sales. While many of our other titles addresses wealth directly, the scripting in The Light That Blinds is designed to go beyond that, into the realm of helping you accelerate your growth from a very deep, core level.
Quite well. Quiiiiite well. It will help you go deeper into understanding your physical body and its capabilities.
It would help a lot, because The Light That Blinds shines best when you are engaged in something that you practice on a regular basis. But, as the copy says – almost by default, it would help in your chosen vocation / job, since going to a job everyday is essentially a cycle, meaning there’s a chance for repetition that leads to mastery.
The Light That Blinds does not contain this. Genesis is a good alternative. But I mean, there must be something that you LOVE to do and would love to earn an income (or maybe just master it for pleasure), right?
The scripting is designed to help you achieve mastery in pretty much everything you do, so long as there’s a cyclical element to it. Meaning, something you do on the regular. Could be something as mundane as playing billiards or chess. Could be playing video games, training for marathons, martial arts, hell – even running for politics. Writing a book. Coding. Doesn’t matter, as long as there’s a cyclical aspect of it, or regular “practice.”
It will most certainly be in the next version of Paragon. Not sure about a module. We’ll consider it.
While I haven’t run either Hero titles, I have to say based on reading both, Hero Origins is more interesting.
It seems like this 4 stager is all craft and self mastery which is fine but I feel something is missing and I find myself not that interested.
The Virtue scripting in Hsb was the highlight for me. It was said that Hero aimed to be the ultimate archetype and in my subjective opinion, this new Hero kind of moved away from that and focused more on skills.
Personally my goal is to become Strong, Virtuous and pursue a life of Righteousness. This Hero feels like it fosters Authenticity in worldliness and maximizes skill. I get the feeling that based on ppls feedback, you generalized Hero more to appeal to everyone.
I didnt read much of anything in regards to virtues but I suspect it’d be kind of dumb to put Virtue scripting in both titles lol.
It looks like a nice product, well done.
I can’t seem to pinpoint what I don’t like about this title…idk, it feels too white collar
@SaintSovereign In what direction is the future finale of Hero going in?
It’s increasingly hitting me how powerful this sub is
At first, it seemed extremely esoteric and above my head, then it became more relatable, like a more ‘elementic/artistic’ version of what was in other subs.
Then I realized these elements of internal mastery are in an immediate reflective/feedback loop with the ‘world’ -so as one goes deeper within, the stronger the force of external ‘influence’/ capacity.
This is actually what I would posit we all deeply crave: coming deeper into ourselves to have a greater impact on what matters to us.
Craft could be seduction, sales, romance, relationship, job searching, wealth acquisition,
Similar to how total war ensures strategic victory, Hero: TBL ensures continued elevation, improvement, and success in anything we do with regularity. Further, it is an expression of our own growth and in way that ignites a new possibility for others part of the same shape- internal growth, external results, elevation of others
Bodybuilding- Hero: Earth, and it will support physical shifting -stack with LOTS for faster physique change. Or as Saint said above mold to support BJJ or a craft
I’m still contemplating how the other stages work but it sounds like the cater to support mastery in an engagement and craft- so for me in Sales running Stage 2: Water- how does the stability of my emotional world, enhance/effect performance, my emotional being become more fluid and positive to maximize performance Stage 3: My listening is different, deeper I can speak to thing and places where people feel further seen and understood and trusting. Also would support in the mastery of my total life vision. Stage 4-the Rhythms of action to continually rise and be the best
I can see Stage 3 and 4 helping with capital raising, being my own authority, having a clear vision, etc.
even generically, ‘intention no longer waiting for permission!’ This is huge; I can see this as a subtle block in so many areas.
These will stack well with wealth subs.
I actually see hints of mastery in how I’ve been living my life in these copies and see where they could be enhanced.
How would this stack with Khan Black please? What may one expect?
ugh, y’all Khan Blackers at it again (I kid, kid)
the real question is… how well does this stack with…
wait for it…
SEX MASTERY
Well, first consider the fact that the HERO series is intended for individuals to start with Origins, progress to The Light That Blinds and then to the final title. Of course, you don’t have to follow that path – but the option is there.
Within this context, the lack of strong emphasis on virtue should make a bit more sense. With HERO Origins, that foundation of virtue and morality has already been established. I didn’t see a need to retread that ground, presenting even more ideas of virtue based upon an external “code” (as we did with the Seven Virtues of Bushido in HERO: Origins) because with The Light That Blinds, it’s time to put those concepts into action. Hence the large focus on self-mastery and skills.
Your goal of living a strong, virtuous life of righteousness is similar to my own overarching goal, and as we both should know – it is not an easy path. I spend the majority of my existence in a deep state of self-reflection and contemplation, constantly monitoring my thoughts and correcting them toward higher ideals. It is exceptionally taxing, especially when you feel compelled to take actions that may not be in your best interest, but you do it anyway because you’re thinking of the “larger picture” and how your small sacrifice could lead to a greater good.
In my case, for example, running even more virtue scripting might not generate the results that one may think. I have already made the firm decision to develop a transcendent mindset. Do I really need to continually expose myself to scripting that keeps questioning a decision that has already been made? Or would the better choice be to use a title that helps me strengthen that resolve, even in the face of Armageddon?
The central idea of The Light That Blinds is that the best way to improve or help the world is through mastery of your craft, so that you become that “lighthouse on a hill” for others. If your “craft” is becoming strong, virtuous and righteousness, The Light That Blinds will greatly assist with that.
Imagine how much more you could accomplish with purified emotions, a clear mind and a controlled, yet firey will. When ignorance and darkness comes your way, how much more prepared would you be to withstand that assault when the body, emotions, mind and will are functioning together as a single unit?
“Craft” can be anything, as long it is routinely practiced or engaged with. In this case, developing a strong sense of inner morality. I would assume that this comes with some kind of practice – of controlling the emotions and thoughts, of taking action that leads to a moral outcome? Even if it isn’t a dedicated or structured practice, but rather a casual way of living that still amounts to dealing with situations in which you must employ skills developed from past situations – that is craft.
It’s not that The Light That Blinds is tailored toward everyone. It’s more that the nature of “craft” and “mastery” is something that most people strive toward, consciously or unconsciously. And the heroes that most people choose to follow exhibit some kind of quality that the individual wants to achieve themselves. As such, becoming this metaphorical “hero,” thus inspiring others through simply being yourself, that moral imperative is attained.
If your craft is to become strong, virtuous and righteous, wouldn’t having a strong body, purified emotions, clear mind and a strong will help with that?
Also, keep the following in mind:
I’m an air sign, Libra. But the air element is really speaking to me.
I thought I’d be most excited about earth, to replace the Spartan slot in my stack.
Thank you for writing what you did. It helped me understand your point of view and intention more thoroughly.
I think myself being at level 0 trying to understand a level 2 product is the issue. Had I already had exposure to Hero Origins, I might have connected to this titles description better.
My plan is 100% to start with Hero Origins alongside my Rom/Ros custom next month so I appreciate the time you took to help me understand better the application of this title.
The word ‘craft’ did indeed throw me off but now I see.
Exactly. This almost feels like a continuation from Genesis. A program that benefits everyone and anyone.
If one has listened to Hero Origins for 6+ cycles and wanted to start this one, could they listen to Hero Origins + St. 1 ect in a stack? Or is it advised not to mix. I don’t believe I read anywhere that they were recommended to combine?
Also, what was the reasoning for making each stage cafeteria style opposed to compounding progression like how Khan is built?
To be honest, Im personally not a fan of invidual stages like how RM : Vibes is. It feels to me that the sense of progression is missing.
However I can kind of see that instead of stage progression, you’re using the titles themselves as the progression. But am I correct to assume that there is nothing from stages 1, 2 or 3 in stage 4: Fire?
Will the finale Hero be built in a stage progression with a culminating stage 4 or 8? Or will it be cafeteria style like this one?
When running Hero Origins i would have unshakeable confidence and leadership skills in meetings. Technical and non technical debates seem to flow like clockwork. If i wanted the same with this product I guess air would be the most appropriate stage for me to begin @SaintSovereign

I might be reading too much into this, and I don’t want to post any spoilers but… @SaintSovereign care to weigh in on this, and also… what about the final paragraphs of the first chapter?
Youve already started working on the new paragon? Wow great news
Saints favourite band is Earth, Wind and Fire LOL
