So I took today off from working out, cause I was showing signs of overtraining so I am taking a few days off anyways I wanted to try this out because I was obsessed with samurai as a child, anyways after a 5 minute loop.

Breathing automatically slowed down and became deeper.

Mental clarity and calmer emotions. Also able to focus more

Muscles already feel more relaxed, almost to the point I probably won’t have to stretch as much over the weekend.

People seem to enjoy talking to me a little bit more and I actually enjoy being a little more social.

Walking and posture is more balanced

More in the moment, I feel patience is beginning to cultivate within me.

Feel more detached already to outcomes and even subliminal results

Surprisingly my muscles look fuller already as well, almost as if I have a pump.

Skin is surprisingly much clearer, to the point I did a double take in the mirror. Like I look younger and more attractive, even Wanted Black didn’t clear up and make my skin glow this much.

I will say that I do feel better already in terms of the overtraining to the point where I feel I could do another workout but I am still going to take an extra day or two off anyways.
