Thats interesting as S&S and WB dont seem.to have the same effect with hero for me.
Its like hero nullifies the effects. Like dilutes it.
With Stark it amplifies both sex subs.
Perhaps in the new hero they can make the subs work together better.

I had the similar experiences.
After a longer run of Seduction subliminals I always come back to include a couple of loops Hero.
I just need this masculine values charged up and developed further.
Also the overriding part was true for me except the nullified part, that never happen. Itās more like there is Masculine values befor Seduction

Thatās really not that surprising. Putting those two sets of goals side by side would likely create a bunch of recon to try and harmonize the two paradigms. Even in the movies you donāt see hero characters messing about with lots of partners. The discipline required to be a master of your craft kinda takes front of stage.
Maybe in future anti-recon might alleviate that a bit, but I doubt it will remove the problem entirely. Itād be like mixing Emperor Black and True Social or DD.

Or you need a custom with WB, Hero and Singularities Paradox.
Or run a stack of those three.
@Viktor ran WB with Hero without (to much?) recon. But he also didnāt journal about practicing his day game and seducing hundreds of women.

I got recon from WB, but the intensity dropped in the last 1-2 cycles that I used the sub.
At that time, my biggest problem with WB, besides the slight lethargy recon was the constant need to refocus myself towards my goals. HeO + WB can be hard, not really because of recon, but because it requires you to split your focus & take action on both of their polar opposite goals. I couldnāt afford to spare my focus on WB over HeO.

I purposefully didnāt take any direct action towards women, and I still got the manifestations.
WB will work as long as you donāt lock yourself in a cave without any contact outside.

What i lpve about hero is it gives you that instant masculine injection of invincibility. Its a biy of bummer its conflicting with the dating subs for me.
After a 6 min loop i own my techical skillset at work i own the presentation and the public speaking.I can improvise my penchat and spear attacks lile a pro.

Good point @Parsifal but for me runnimg more then 2 subs or custom subs in a stack gets messy. Would be nice if Saint could tweak regardless.
Anyone practicing the breath of fire breathing exercise on a regular basis.
I had an interview today (journal goes into more detail) and I was expecting four people and the royal inquisition. Instead, there was only one (female) interviewer.
Back when I was using Wanted Black during an earlier round of face to face meetings during my attempts to run my business, dealing with authority figures, I found the romance tailored subs tended to cause recon and problems for F2F meetings where you want to impress but without putting out an inappropriate aura or body language.
By contrast I could feel the aura HeO put out today and it put her at ease, enough that it made the interview process much easier when combined with HeOās unshakeable calm. I could tell subconsciously (and consciously after the fact) that I was putting out an aura of safety and assurance. Iām not sure its perfect for roles where you want to impress people over others, but for roles involving a high degree of integrity, Iām impressed by how this helped my process today. It was very easy to be matter of fact about my skills, how they related to the role, and my personal position on customer service / collections with respect to integrity and virtue. I will probably end up shortlisted for that role, and yet Iām stoic on the outcome. Stoic as fuznuck. Either way I win.
I bet a Chosen / HeO combo pack would do wonders for job seekers.

I am thinking of hero volume 2 and spartan as a custom.so the spartan apex will cover physical shifting which is missing from hero.
That way i will have.full mind body optimization.

The irony is that despite these results, my gut still makes me look like ET.
But even the core is improving gradually for meā¦ itās slow as hell, but what I can confirm is that since starting SubClub subs back in 2020, by physique hasnāt really declined, with the exception of my one pain point (and my teeth). In fact, itās improved in some areas, although not without some pain. I suspect that subconsciously tensing certain muscles, performing certain movements more, adjustments in my meditation etc have helped to keep my form consistent and perhaps improve especially in the calf development and thighs as well. My forearms have always been pretty good, but they have also improved.
The action youāre taking and the supplements youāre taking are going to make a big difference too. My own personal perspective has been not to place too great an emphasis on the physical shifting, otherwise youāre going to overcompensate in the wrong direction. Just allow yourself to get closer to your natural self and the physical shifting will follow from your own actions. Thatās my view anyways.

Ever considered a carnivore diet? When I was carnivore I noticed not only losing a lot of body fat but also gaining a lot of muscle without doing any extra exercise. I was already dancing a couple of days a week but without changing much I noticed my arms getting stronger my biceps bigger itās a great diet to improve health and building the body.
This is facts for me, the Wanted/WB aura simply does not jive well in customer facing roles for me. Being in sales, even online, the mysterious aura seems to break trust; and causes prospects to be much more stand-offish or guarded, which kills the whole sale from right out of the gate.
Unfortunate as there is so much I love about the titles, hoping OG wanted can get updated without the mysterious aura, or at the very least we need a essence module that includes the physical shifting/self acceptance.
