I think making microloop tracks available would help with people’s acceptance of them being a viable solution.
I myself would rather just play a 3min audio file than to have to mind the time when to turn it off. Add to that officially changed instruction manual with a new listening schedule and everyone should gradually adapt.

Of course those are a craft, ones by much linked to do spirituality and internal change. HERO Origins would very much help.
The problem is that people who want to run 15 minutes will “accidentally” put it on a looping playlist and listen twenty times. People take our warnings as challenges and a 3 minute loop is a direct challenge. We’re already getting people complaining about the $34.99 price if they “only have to listen to 1 minute.”
So, you’re most likely going to get a mask with a chime or audible voice at the micro loop times warning you that you’ve been listening for [x] amount of time.
You can use these if you’d like, as PCC is best used as defense against manipulation, and the virtue scripting in HERO can help you avoid using manipulation against others.

Yes that’s a good question - Bushido is mentioned overall, what resources are there to possibly study bushido from aside from the book of 5 rings that would have crossover? Many of Musashi’s principles could even be considered zen in combat
In a general sense, yes – in the terms of being calm and resilient, etc. But, there’s no mention of Buddhism or any other religion. This sub focuses less on awakening spirituality (like The Revelation of Spirit) and has more of a “practice being calm and focused” feel, as well as the enhancements to physicality, the mind, combat skill, etc.
The virtue scripting can be considered “spiritual” in a way, because it will help you bring out extremely positive change in your life and consider the “bigger picture,” and it will help you mine wisdom out of everything you do, particularly your chosen craft.
You’ll have to consult your favorite bookstore for that. These concepts are rather universal throughout history and the globe – there’s a wealth of information out there. Let your own journey guide you.

A Complete program that one can use after having gone through the individual programs and wishing to develop his entire nature further in a more balanced way, without having the run the programs individually which would take-up his entire stack.

This I noticed too. I don’t always make the right choice, but I am aware when I go into territory of things that do not serve me.
