Try the microloops method first. I’d go for 3 minutes. I do microloops more and this new cycle I’m going from microloops towards the full thing instead of mostly high bursts.
I did notice a lot of initial bravado. Especially in a group outing. I was like damn… am I too much?
Do 3 confidence checks on a regular day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Assess where your energy levels are at. If you’re feeling capable and smooth, be free. If you’re feeling supercharged, high energy and/or agitated, it pays to be mindful. Having those three checkpoints are going to work, just because it’s a speed bump to your momentum, which can be a good thing. You will naturally regain the flow you were in.
If you have a big gathering coming up or any group outing, definitely do so.
I don’t know your situation, but I’m going to go out on a whim and say you already had sentiments and things you wanted to get off your chest. Whether it be small grievances or big. The subliminal simply supercharged you and removed the chains. I’d be mindful of that. @Psiklou
