It might mean you don’t have to “heal” the entire glass. The bottom breaking renders its utility as a glass completely nil.
Like only needing to aim an extinguisher at the base of the fire to stop the whole thing.

interesting @Trader. If I do an analogy the power of resistance of this glass was feeling like a powerful wind blowing and you can’t move forward… and then everything burst in very very small pieces. I woke up right after wondering if it real or a dream

Ever since I ran that loop I’ve been hyper aware of every hour spent in my day to make sure it has a purpose, and even in times I am just “doing something not productive” I make sure my thoughts are fruitful and productive. Even me writing this result is a result of me promising to never waste a minute again.

RoM + RoS + Genesis is going to be the tack I finish the year with. CFW + HoM + EOG has done the its work for now. A full year of RoM + RoS + Genesis, or at least 6 months is what’s next for me. From the results I’ll have, I’ll figure out my next stack.

I don’t think it would be an extreme search for self
I think it’s right in the name, an extreme REVELATION of self, and in the best way possible, as Genesis teases out that fun-loving positive side of you while RoM flips your mind upside down in the most fantastic way, probably showing you “hey look, who you are on Genesis is your REAL SELF”
I think that stack could make the positive changes stick probably like nothing else

I’m still waiting to relax more with Genesis. I’m so high strung and just wacked even at almost 55 because of ADHD.
The funny thing is that I sometimes think that if I’m still hyper now I must have just been crazy when I was in my teens

Any action you can take to help yourself with this?
I chose the gym I go to because it has a sauna, and it’s improved my life so much.
In fact just going to the gym to pump iron has helped me feel more connected with my body and relax more.
I’ve been learning somatic release methods to clear trapped emotions in my body (my hips and lower back are so tight dude, and I can feel the tension is from more than having a job that involves a lot of sitting)
Sometimes I listen to NSDR from Huberman to rest mid-day or in the morning if I didn’t sleep well
Do the physiological sigh breathwork to ease the tension/stress
Socializing more and reconnecting with my old school friends to feel less alone
There’s much you can do when you get creative or put your mind to figuring out how to relax more.

It seems to curb alcohol cravings too. I’ve had no desire to drink since running this.
I concur with the grounding and shielding others have mentioned. I feel like I am being centred and secured in the core of being.
It is excellent to take you out of victim mentally or sense of lack and gives you a winner attitude.
Results coming in fast, even little tasks that I’ve been putting off but are non the less important have been actioned.
I’ve had gifts being manifested, and sudden discounts appear that saved me $.
As I reported earlier, a long-term issue with burning tendon pains vanished after the first loop and has not returned.
This is my favourite sub

@Joa23 Yes, it really helps with dealing with your shadows & accept their presence, which then accelerates their integration & clearance (if they are not useful). I’m handling challenges, fears, anxiety & negative emotions way a lot better than before.

I just reread the objectives of Genesis and realised that there is not one that I haven’t felt starting to manifest and increase.
Although I had results with subs from tiles like Ascension and True Social, which are great subs, those were more sporadic and not always that apparent or attributable. Saying that, I definitely did have some amazing success with those.
Difference here is the speed and sheer varied amount of obvious results, which I am super stoked about. And it is just the beginning…

Since picked up Genesis (and paused Stark) my sex drive has calmed down, the urge for PMO decreases a lot. Overall mood is stable and positive, a slight increase in sense of humor (not the level LBFH provided though). However occasionally there is an anxiety, with mental and physical symptoms, that comes out when I am Idle (similar occurrence happened with Emepror).
