Very true indeed.

Absolutely.

Genesis turned my victim mentality into total strength & confidence in less than 24 hours.

I got fired. And I was angry, hurt, bitter, sad, confused. Even now I don’t know the full story of why I got fired. It’s like if your girlfriend of 5 years leaves a letter on the table saying “it’s over, I’ve moved on” after saying how much she wants to be with you for life the day before.

But I am amazed at Genesis ability to create meaning out of crisis, heal by dissolving issues through action, and to help me find my purpose.

I now feel powerful and glad that I realized where this job wasn’t serving my highest purpose and what I can do about it.

And of course, that I have already been blessed with so many opportunities from people who want to work with me

Stay strong💪🏻

Clearing the way for something much better.

I’m biased, but I think it’s almost always good when something like this happens.

Same with relationships.

I’ve had similar experiences since running Genesis.

What was your experience? If you don’t mind sharing?

The same thing you described. I took more notice of myself reflecting on past events where I ‘failed’ and could observe all the tension and negative feelings I attached to those memories. I always did this but more on autopilot mode and I think Genesis woke me up to it and gave me the realisation that I can forgive myself for these mistakes, because I was young and didn’t know what I do now, and this forgiveness can allow the tension and negative feelings I attached to those memories to wash away. It was quite exciting at the time and since then I ruminate, as you call it, a lot less often. It’s weird but I actually forgot about that little breakthrough until I read your update.

It’s quite fascinating to hear both of your experiences with Genesis, @Detective_L and @driver. It seems like this sub has a remarkable way of shedding light on our past experiences and emotions that we may have attached tension and negativity to. @driver, your reflection on past “failures” and your realization of forgiveness and growth is truly inspiring. It’s almost as if Genesis triggered a shift in your perspective, allowing you to free yourself from the grip of those memories. And @Detective_L, your observation about how Genesis is influencing your rumination patterns is also intriguing. The way you’ve started responding to those moments of self-critique with understanding and self-growth is a wonderful step towards self-empowerment.

I also wanted to ask if either of you has noticed similar scenarios coming up in your dreams since you’ve started using Genesis? I’ve personally noticed that certain themes or situations from my past seem to resurface in my dreams as well. It’s as if the subliminal is prompting me to process and reframe those experiences even during my sleep. Have you experienced anything similar in your dream patterns?

I very rarely dream about real life situations or scenarios. My dreams are usually abstract or the people and events are represented differently compared to the conscious reality. The people in my dreams are not known to me in real life, but in my dreams I feel very close to them. It is a frustrating way to dream but I always assumed that something is being internally untangled that will allow me to work through real life entanglements.

In my dreams, atleast the one I have had so far on Genesis the theme is usually me dying a horrible death by natural or supernatural causes. I had two dreams just last night. In first, I got killed by a man spider and in second I drowned in a tsunami. But this time I survived the second one for some reason.

I’m wondering if this module has anything to do with Genesis: SAM//VANA

Yesterday I was watching a movie. At one point a character refers to his “non-existent” career. Suddenly I feel a very strong anxiety, which I would call a panic attack even though it has never happened to me before.

Has anyone had a similar experience with Genesis?

I haven’t had a reaction like that as of yet but from what I have read on this thread, it is Genesis trying to tell you what you think about yourself or your career deep down.

That’s not out of the ordinary for me lol.

But yeah. Genesis has me questioning a lot. Even people with established careers aren’t happy with them sometimes. Society as a whole constantly boiling down your entire identity to your career. So it begs the question, who are you and how do you exist in this world? Also how the hell do you even get ahead if you don’t subscribe to the traditional paths.

It’s not deep down… I’ve been asking myself these questions about myself for… probably a year?
Actually I’ve started using Genesis precisley to get answers

Traditional paths?

Sorry that was pointed at myself and I just ended up using “you”.

By traditional paths I mean those types of careers and lifestyles that work for individuals that favor tradition and routine. It works for them, good for them. But there’s a lot of us out here in the world that just get left by the wayside because we don’t fit that mold.

It’s the whole school → college-> career → marriage → house assembly line I’m talking about .
