I will determine whether it is a two stager or not based upon the necessity of the subject matter that the title addresses. With C&C, I left it up to the customers to vote whether it should be single stage or not, and the customers — against my objections — voted single stage. So, we did it and look how that turned out at first. Now we have to take on the massive project of converting it into a four stager.
And do you all know that some of the customers went and flipped their vote to multi-stage AFTER I pointed out that I did warn everyone that a single stage would be too intense?
I was tracking that poll closely, I know what it was before I made the announcement (long after C&C came out). And people went back and flipped their votes to appear on “the right side of history.”
Because of this, if a product needs to be a two stager, it will be a two stager. In this case — and remember, the current discussion has pivoted to a new title under the Mogul line — the setup would be as follows: Stage 1 is the job and opportunity manifestation title. Stage 2 is the career advancement stage.
In this, we avoid the situation that occurs with OG Genesis, which needs to be run in cycles because the “find your purpose” scripting led to people questioning opportunities even when they were happy, since the scripting invites you to question things.
If it were a single stage title, we’d run into the exact same problem again. And thus, it will most likely be two stages.
