I felt it last week as well. I think it is just being created and potentially people are testing it so in the “ethers” it is alive and you can connect with it if you want.
I don’t think it should have a timeframe like a week before or something. I felt this before even when I was pondering on running a program and reading the description or at the back of my mind having the idea of using something in the future I could tap into the potential energy of what that could be.
