Thoughts:

  1. Work with Unfolding titles first.

Shift the goals from externally focused to internally focused.

In other words:

My goal is to develop and deepen a relationship with my mind.

  1. With regard to external goals, focus on:

“We are committing to this goal and we are achieving this goal with or without subliminals or anything else”

Might take me 400 years; but this is what I’m doing. I can do it and I will do it. I don’t care how long it takes. Next question.

  1. Play Genesis for 3 to 5 months. Or if not Genesis, then find your ‘Genesis’.

By ‘Find your ‘Genesis’’, I mean find that program that your intuition tells you strategically addresses your issue of internal architecture. Genesis is specifically designed to do this, but it could also be another.

  1. Take it to the streets.

I mean take it directly to your mind. Not the subliminals. ‘My mind is my ally. Not “will be my ally”, is my ally. It has powers. It has reasons. It has patterns. I am going to assume this to be the case. Instead of taking the attitude that my mind is an idiot who I must wrangle into doing things, I am going to treat it instead as an esteemed, talented, honored, wise friend. It has excellent reasons for the way, the patterns, and the seasons in which it responds.

I will never betray it. If it throws a tantrum in the supermarket aisle, then ‘eff it. Guess that’s what we’re doing right now. World be damned. Because this is my love and my teammate. We are in this together.’

Now your focus is on understanding its genius. The genius is assumed. Now just learn about it.

Those are my thoughts and my approach.

I have the same pattern that you described with regard to results.

Did it change since then?

How are you listen to subs (how is your internal state in accordance to subliminals)

Do you expect that the subs work?

Can you please elaborate a little more?

I don’t think “hard gainer” is a thing unless you believe it to be a thing.

But if you go deeper than that, it’s probably not tied to “I believe I’m a hard gainer” with subs,
but more the conviction that change is hard.

So for example: I do something called ACH with clients. I could not believe at first that you can clear up a subconscious problem they had forever in one session.

And I’m practically not doing anything,I’m just guiding their subconscious to realize the belief is false, and therefore, it itself implodes.

Like in my previous company, we had clients who had gone to therapy for two years have more results in a week with us.

It blew my mind. But that’s the power of your subconscious mind.

So I think the thing to focus on is not the fact that you are a hard gainer,
but the fact you believe change is hard or takes time and investigate the belief.

Or like Nero Knowledge said: the belief that manifestation works is more important than the tool you use, Or something like that,

Or in this case, the belief that change is easy, effortless, and good for you is more important than the goals of the sub itself.
As from that conviction, your subconscious mind will accept the subs in a more effortless way.

Lately I have noticed shifts instantly with subs, And I can feel the cogniton in my mind the perception alter massively, More and more,

But this started to happen when It finally clicked for me that change is not hard , you can have massive shifts in an instant,

Also i have started to get myself very relaxed and into theta brainwaves while listenng to subs, As that is when you can really put information into your subconcious mind,

I’ve been dabbling with binaural beats recently, it works very well and is an amazing tool but I find its use requires high level of self-awareness because it can be very unhealthy if used improperly.

I won’t go into it here but entraining the entire brain to one frequency can have negative effects if not done properly, it’s a powerful tool that requires much higher levels of fine tuning than even subliminals do.

I’m still experimenting with it, trying to find sweet spot and best uses, so many variables: frequency, listening time, time of day, rest period, gradual sweeps etc…

It’s a fascinating thing to think about. Lately, I’ve been starting to question my beliefs about beliefs. It seems like there’s a general framework for understanding what they are and how we can work with them, almost like I’ve developed a standardized way of seeing the whole process.

What I’ve begun to notice is that all these beliefs try to convince me they are the truth and that I should listen to only them. But in reading “The Kybalion”, is clearly states that all truths are but half-truths. Because in the physical realm, we have the Law of Polarity, everything has two sides. So what is even right or wrong? It all starts to feel pretty subjective.

This realization makes me see my beliefs as nothing more than ideas in disguise, playing masquerade and trying to pass themselves off as truth.

Now I find myself asking different questions: “What are my beliefs about beliefs?” “Do I believe it’s easy to change a belief?” or “What is the exact opposite of this belief, and why do I prefer one side over the other?”

I’m also watching for signs of cognitive dissonance, those moments where I feel triggered and mistake a belief for my identity. I’m starting to see those moments as valuable opportunities for growth, because when they show up, it means I have a chance to expand my awareness and integrate new perspectives into my experience.

So the more triggered and confused I get, the more excited I become, because I know I’m challenging parts of myself that used to run on full autopilot. And that now gives me a powerful way to grow as a person.:slight_smile:

I’m curious what you mean going into slower brainwaves can be very unhealthy, Care to explain :slight_smile:

Not slower brainwaves, any brainwave.

Because the natural state of the brain is to be in constant adaptive mode seeking balance within all frequency bands.

And since binaural entrainment forces the entire brain into one specific frequency, which has incredible benefits, it also creates a massive disruption and overrides all other frequencies that are necessary for being functional in different ways.

So not unhealthy as in it’s dangerous and hurting you, but if the wrong frequency is used at the wrong time of day for too long it can temporarily (not more than a day or two) affect different brain functions negatively, like memory, short term memory, reaction time, overthinking, impossible to sleep, etc.

Obvious ones like playing too much delta in the day will affect memory and higher cognitive capacity a lot, same like playing higher frequency in the evening will keep you awake, and even playing delta just before bed can keep you awake, I personally don’t mess with anything other than alpha and theta range, I tried gamma a few times, it seems to start above the mind and activate the higher centers and higher cognitive capacities.

I have a couple of loops of True Social but not currently, but that might play a part of the expanded thinking for sure. Also, a lot of it stems from broadening the kind of material I study as I recently came from a period of a lot of meditation and esoteric work, and now I’m more practical and out about again. A bit of rhythmic swings I guess that is less and less disruptive personally, meaning I’m more centered instead of scattered from years of confusion and feeling lost.

I’ve switched my approach to the point where I let the ‘beast beneath’ (my unknown self) guide me, and I do my best not to fall off its back. I’ve found that the new recon tech really helps with that—it allows me to feel ‘the beast’ way better.

It gets rough from time to time, but I trust the ‘beast,’ even when the ride becomes unpleasant—especially when it gets wilder during recon episodes.

I noticed certain similarities to what you wrote, and I wondered whether the new recon tech contributed to your journey as much as it has to mine.

Definitely it did something, whether it be sticking to it when things get rough to resolve, or in my case opening up my mind even more to polarities and questioning the process behind the processes :slight_smile:

I wonder how our models of thinking affect the effectiveness?

I see “reality” in a way, that there are no absolute truths.

I’m constantly tuning my mental map of reality, based on the input I get daily. Doesn’t really matter what topic, it needs to fit into my understanding of reality. If something doesn’t, but it still feels feasible, I adjust my view.

I see everything as possibilities. For example, I’m pretty sure that you guys actually exist. Lets say 70% probability that you are real people, and not just figments of my imagination. (I’m sitting in some carton board box, imagining writing this message :stuck_out_tongue: ).

Or something silly: The moon is made out of cheese. Tiny probability, I’m more likely to win the jackpot in lottery. But still, I can imagine it being true.

To me, the only thing I’m certain of (90% +) is that I do not have enough information to know what the absolute truth is.

Then again, I also am not so surprised if something does happen. And I can adjust to the “new” reality really fast.

Interesting to hear if there are any similarities in thinking models we have?

Great post.
I do the same thing.
But my first principles (the foundations I based my further thinking on) were wrong.
So, I’m doing dragon reborn st4 and phoenix for couple more years until these foundations are solid. (I’ve done dragon reborn st4 for a year now).
