Main Disc. Thread - Fire vs. Saint Round 4 [The Battle is On!]

That means a lot to me . Thank you

I think it’s actually a profound point.

I’m still exploring it myself. So I’m not to the point of understanding it well enough to do the 5 with crayons version.

Last night, I experienced an opening and a shift related to this. I wrote about it offline. I’ll edit the original writing to make it less personal:

I got the insight tonight, as I reflected on my subliminals (and as I prepared to do another practice) that it is important to recognize MY VERSION of the archetypes that I am cultivating.

Sometimes I under-recognize or completely overlook what is happening because of my preconceptions about how change SHOULD look.

It struck me that this [overall change process] is not about ‘fixing’ myself. It’s about being agile, creative, and responsive in the world in order to find and make situations and outcomes that are to my liking.

MY LIKING.

Moreover, the right outcomes are going to be ones that FIT with who I am. In other words, there’s nothing wrong with who and what I am. But at the same time, I can search, learn, express, travel, and grow to bring my life into more pleasing configurations.

This struck me profoundly.

At first, it seemed to me that I was trying to locate mountains so that I could move them. Now it seems to me that I am locating the mountains so that I can climb them and ski down them.

So, yes; like you, I’m still in the process of exploring and understanding this principle myself. I do not think that it is somehow obvious or common sense. But I think I’m gradually coming to understand it better over time.

Let’s keep going.

Last night, I had a similar conversation with my sister about WB and how it didn’t change me into someone I’m not (forcing on me any predefined archetype or me expecting any certain archetype/traits) but instead helped me uncover that “part of me” which resonated most with the scripting—the seducer in me—and which was externalized through my experiences with my ex-lover, deepening the uncovering process even further.

Those experiences with her were vital because they allowed me to discover who I am and my natural seduction blueprint without any pretense, tactics, games, or fakery. I just let my subconscious guide me and allowed the process to unfold. I’ve grown tremendously that way. I’m far more complete now not only as a seducer but as “me”.

And to your point, the titles are written in a manner in which you can easily do so. It’s what I was trying to get across about my RoW experience, but why I was cautious in posting it. I did not want to give the impression that everyone who runs RoW would experience a desire to detach from status, validation and even identity in many ways. It is very much part of my personal life path and something I have naturally desired for quite some time, and a manner of living that has seem to have the inverse effect of what most would expect – I have become more creative, more liberated and more simplistic in life expression, freeing up a lot of mental energy to create.

Yep. See above.

Surely just a coincidence… lol

I would emphasize this aspect, as making love with women is something I naturally desire, and WB helped me uncover that, thereby deepening the whole process.

Edit:
It might have sounded ordinary, yet in my case, by “making love” I mean my own unique way of engaging with women in the act of lovemaking—something very different from what usually occurs between women and men on a psychological level when making love.

It is not. It is simply the natural outflow of deep, critical self-analysis and self-reflection. Tension within the self is resolved (reconciliation between inner and outer, hence why we chose that term) and now the mind can flow freely toward its ideal outcome, consciously guided by the individual. Hence, “take action.” People assume that term means herculean effort and perhaps they believe that because of the hustle culture concept that pervades much of societal life, particularly in the West. But the truth of the matter is that taking action can begin with the tiniest of steps toward your highest ideal.

The easiest way for me to explain my own sense of detachment is not that “I don’t care,” but rather that I have surrendered and relinquished control of that which is beyond myself, which again, paradoxically leads to more freedom. In my experience, once you get to a certain level of self-development, it is the abstract mind that must be engaged rather than the concrete mind, because the concrete mind cannot handle and resolve paradox.

Those using the New GLM are already experiencing and resolving this paradox, as many are reporting how they are actually taking more action outwardly, but there’s a sense of “silence” inwardly. A pleasant feeling of freedom, even when working within restriction.

Yeah the term “I dont care” isnt totally accurate, I used it to convey the idea that Im not longer attached to results or validation, meaning Im ok either way, whatever happens. Im doing things for the fun of it AND because its the right thing to do (according to me).
It was that attachment that made me care too much… meaning getting uptight, controlling and giving to much energy to the results/validation.

Funny you said paradox, I havent think about this for a couple of days, but my life always felt like a paradox, a constant inner struggle. Now when I read that word, I automatically smiled and felt a warmness on my chest. The sense of silence inwardly?.. silence is an important “symptom” of peace.

In my case it “happened” as gradual distancing myself from the need to control what’s beyond myself towards equanimity and inner resilience. It’s got greatly amplified on GLM.

Perhaps the core of Zen could be applied here:

Living fully in the present moment, meeting each mental and external event without resistance or clinging, and realizing that the separation between “your authentic self” (inner) and “your modus operandi” (outer) is an illusion.

@SaintSovereign So the entire purpose of the titles is to get to our Zero Point?

Or this?

“Zero Point is the mental and emotional state where all external noise, past baggage, and internal resistance are stripped away, leaving only your most authentic, unshakable self as the foundation for everything you do.”

I haven’t read any of the other replies other than the one from @Malkuth

I’m thinking it’s not so much the purpose of the titles as it is the method or strategy of the titles. The purpose is growth. The method is alignment with your most efficient and authentic vectors and styles of growth.

It’s almost like your Zero Point is to your personal growth, as the jet stream is to a flying airplane. When an airplane is able to find and sit in the jet stream, the trip is faster and (in a way) smoother.

Similarly, accessing, deepening, and sitting in your Zero Point, is going to be the most effective and efficient place from which to grow. We can and do still grow from other places, but this might be the best.

How do you practically do it yourself?

Give me a little more. I’m not sure I understand what you’re asking.

In other words, are you attempting to do this and are you bumping into any specific issues?

Im trying to understand how you practically apply and benefit from these principles on a daily basis.

Okay, let’s try it a different way.

What do you understand by this concept of Zero Point?

Or if that question doesn’t quite hit, what do you understand from what I’ve said about it above?

The reason I’m responding in this way, Akephalos, is that it’s a pretty broad question.

Having any sort of specific context for positioning my response would, therefore, be helpful.

Otherwise my answer is likely to be quite broad and general.

For example:

‘I meditate and I journal’

Explore and ask the questions:

What gives my life meaning?

What makes me tick?

Not as a 5-minute multiple choice question, but as a 30-year open-ended question that grows the way a tree grows.

Then start building your life projects on and around that tree.

Look to the tree frequently. Love it, and allow it to support you and surprise you. Talk to it and let it talk back to you.

Out of topic question: Do you have plan to update these titles soon in Into the Wonder season: New Khan, Nectar & Ecstasy of Gold? Can you estimate when they are updated?

I plan to order name-embeded custom for them, don’t want to reorder a new custom if they are being updated soon in new season.

Ecstasy of Gold was updated not long ago, im using it too
