This sparked an idea, I forgot about the physical improvements when I used earth previously . Pairing it with GLM like you’re doing (and I’m about to do) will enhance the physical shifting in GLM.

Do i run it only when i meet these connections irl? Because lots of these important social connections are international due to our living locations and online even tho we speak often we see each other once a year when we plan something.
So should i run it only then? Or will it have some effect before irl meet ups

Before I answer the question, I’d love some clarity on what “skills based” would even look like for RoS

“Know thyself” type skills?

Because if so, I definitively vote for that 1000% yes

It would make sense, as since antiquity that has been known as the path to the “revelation of the spirit” hence the inscription on the temple

Also, let the intuition and creativity flow!

I trust whatever comes of it

Any updoots on this?

There is a definite mystical feel to Ros. The way Ros scripting hits you is unlike anything ive experienced before, you dont really have control. You’re in it until the processing concludes, at least for me. The detachment can feel intense, I feel ungrounded often so maybe by using skills based scripting that part will change? I dont dislike the upheaval, the unbalanced state but its tumultuous hence why you stated one needs to be ‘ready for it’.

I like the intensity, profundity and depth Ros provides. There is a strong self awareness boost that can be overwhelming as you metaphorically scramble to accommodate all the new information pulsing around you.

Im sure the skills based framework would narrow down and focus the goal more efficiently but im not quite sure what you mean. Ros feels like an open exploration world where the world is covered in mist. You, over time through exploring cause the mist to dissipate and eventually gaining clarity, understanding and wisdom. Changing/adding skill based framework would most likely remove or alter that sense of mystical exploration yes? It might constrict the vastness that Ros let’s you play in. There is a very big sense of Expansion and I’d say that is a part of my custom which I really love.

You’re a master sub maker so I wont pretend to know what’s better going forward. Ros is disruptive in a good way, overwhelming, expansive, soul shaking and takes you where you need to go without asking for permission while providing a mystical, ‘playing in the universe’ type of feel - I swim in the universal pool of consciousness daily.

There is a pervasive sense of ‘Awe’ that blankets you when using Ros and depending on your inner state can be inspiring or overwhelming.

I’d ask that if you do rework it, care is taken to preserve the mystical feel if possible. It just adds to the experience. I see that Glm is working flawlessly and using that framework in Ros would probably be wildly effective so im open either way.

Thank you for creating Rom and Ros, they are quite amazing titles. Its an intense ride for me.

Maybe using it with GLM can pull it more down to earth…

Since the Spirit is the most subtle form of matter or is not matter at all, being non-physical in nature and deeply tied to space it is normal to be a bit spacy I think. But it is the element that is required for developing your consciousness also. There is no spiritual process without the spirit element in fact.

Actually in yoga (all balanced and sane paths) the beginning work is on stabilising the muladhara (root chakra) and balancing the ida and pingala nadis. To create balance and stability in the energy structure of the individual and to prepare his body for the powerful energies that will eventually come into his being. After this slowly the energies are being intensified in a gradual and stable manner while the body and mind are being more and more prepared to handle these energies. Consider that our system is a capacitor and battery so if you turn up the electricity too much, too quickly, as is often seen in Kundalini it could fry the circuit.

Kundalini usually comes to those masters who have chosen to reincarnate and go through a quick awakening which happens naturally by divine design. To stimulate it unnaturally, especially without the guidance of a Guru or Master will lead to grave consequences.

There is a thing called Shaktipath, which is basically an energy transmission from Guru to disciple that can transform his karmas by transferring Shakti, or Spirit energy into his being. It is said that without the Guru it may take lifetimes for a seeker to attain mukti (liberation) and enlightenment.

My experience has been that Alchemist also takes care of stability and balance which has been beneficial to my progress. Other than that Godlike Masculinity provides a certain sense of grounding and connection with my body. It also energises my Core, like the solar plexus and provides support to my root chakra.

The Revelation of Body could stimulate that even more maybe? To really have that oneness and connection with the body. To become fully embodied.

Yoga has endless wisdom on the body so might want to consider looking into that for creating Revelation of Body as an inspiration @SaintSovereign. There is a whole science on how yoga transforms the body, the endocrine system, nervous system, organs. How heart rates and breathing comes down. Some yogis life to very old ages of up 140 even in modern times. Our lifespan is intimately linked to our breathing patterns. The yogis their breath becomes almost non-existent, especially once they sit and rest their body. This is how they retain a lot of life force as they have mastered the human mechanism as a science and know how to make it super efficient.

They do not require sleep and rest as we do and eat very little. They often appear supernatural to the regular human because they have evolved themselves, through Yoga, to a higher state of living, knowing and experience.

It is fair to say it is only normal though, they have just explored the potential of the human being to the maximum.

I figured this was the case when i read the earth module,

I got hero specifically for earth, to ground me more as i’m usually just blissing and forget i have a body,

And still to this day are using poision to ground me, but reducing nicotine slowly now, and going full stop soon after a few more earth loops.

@SaintSovereign

any news on future work with skill based titles, practical, tangible skillset titles … quite disappointed in the esoteric direction the new titles have taken.

would love to see more focus on just finalizing the updates without completely rebuilding the existing titles from scratch then focus on shipping new products (skill based, archetypes, etc)

What you described is not yoga.

It’s but one specific branch of yoga, namely Laya Yoga, known in the recent times as Kundalini Yoga.

Not all yogas deal with the chakras and energy system and do not start at the root.

Important to note the distinction and not spread wrong ideas about such vast and sacred subjects.

Not Saint here, but I’m pretty sure I’m watching the same set of topics everyone else is, and I haven’t seen any majorly esoteric bent to the titles, nor has the order of upgrades really changed significantly for at least a month or two.

TLTB and AEON had been planned over years to provide an evolving direction for those running Hero or artisanal titles like KB/Alchemist, and took up one slot in a season, and have been used to gather information about how the anti-recon tech has been performing, along with testing the iterations along the road to ZPU. They were a little esoteric only because they are titles touching on advanced iterations of concepts that were already built up in earlier versions.

GLM also does not seem esoteric; I think what may be causing confusion is the emphasis on Stoicism in some of the descriptions which was used as a model for the resilience and inner joy the sub cultivates. To me it actually seems like a positive move forward for GLM; between the booster stage (2020) and new GLM (2025) the intervening versions never seemed to reach the same strength or impact and I think it was high time for an update based on new appreciation of what masculinity can mean to different forum users, taken from their journals and discussions.

Wanted is up next, and I can guarantee noone is seeing that title as esoteric. I can appreciate that some people are probably getting impatient because a lot of cards for the upcoming season were put on the table months ago, and then the latest updates took longer than expected because it was necessary to get the script perfect (I think a lot of us are very happy with the new GLM). But so far based on my subliminals folder we’ve had so far in the last half year or so:

Minds Eye Update - Nov 2024
Art of Happiness and Joy - Dec 2024
Emperer Executive Update - Mar 2025
Inner Circle update - April 2025
TLTB and AEON released - June 2025
GLM update - August 2025

I’d say there’s a lot of good, non-artisanal content there. It’s just a bit slower which is a good sign any updates are going to be top quality.

Laya yoga is the path I am walking yes.

You can never go wrong with stabilising the foundation, or muladhara or root chakra. There is never harm in doing so.

Yes I am aware!

Stanford research CONFIRMS that belief itself can rewire the body in real time

image

Your mind can rewire your body in real time just through belief.

A groundbreaking study from Stanford University revealed something truly astonishing: the mind doesn’t just watch your life happen it actively builds your reality with every thought you repeat.

According to the research, when you believe something deeply, your brain starts rewiring your body to match that belief almost instantly. This means your thoughts are not passive; they’re powerful architects of your physical and mental state.

Whether it’s overcoming pain, learning new skills, or shaping your habits, your brain’s plasticity allows it to reshape neural connections based on what you truly believe. Simply put, your repeated thoughts create new pathways that influence how your body feels and responds.

This study supports the idea that your mindset shapes your reality. When you change your beliefs especially about your own potential you can literally change your body and life in real time.

So, it’s not just about positive thinking. It’s about consistent, focused belief that rewires your brain and body toward the future you want.

Your brain isn’t a passive observer. It’s your greatest creator.

They’ve finally caught up with us. I would just replace the word “brain” with “mind” as the brain only focuses the mind on certain functions and limits what the mind truly is and is capable of.

Thanks for making this important distinction. Unfortunately, while these type of studies do appear, materialism is so fundamental to modern Western society that they’ll find some way of rationalizing this back to the idea that the brain generates consciousness and that the death of the brain is also the end of an individual’s consciousness.

Haha dude what a correction!

I’m sure you don’t intend it that way but now you’re insulting all other yoga paths that are not doing it your way as being insane.

I’ve come across a master that said that opening the heart first is the safest and most balanced way to go.

I don’t have a personal opinion because I believe everyone’s path is unique and the less rigid one is on one specific way the better, flexibility is key in my current understanding.

I’m curious what is your perspective and why do you think something like bhakti yoga which focuses on the heart first is not sane and balanced?

Indeed, they could have just come here years back and seen the proof in the underwear of BDLM users :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

For balance here:

  1. That’s not “a Stanford study”; it’s hundreds of studies and neuroscience literature from many, many universities and research centres over a long period of time.

  2. These points are not shocking to anyone who studies basic neuroscience or philosophy of Consciousness. The brain is part of the body. ‘Rewiring’, ‘Regulating’, and ‘Coordinating’ bodily processes is literally all that it does.

  3. The idea of either the brain or mind as a ‘passive observer’ has been challenged for a very long time now. This is not a point under intense debate. The crux of the matter is in the details of precisely how subjective structures/processes of consciousness and objective physical patterns are shaped and mediated.

On the other hand, if we’re talking about conventional, common-sense assumptions of laypersons and the general public, then this small blurb is much more accurate. But in that case, the point is also much less dramatic. Remember, the general public still thinks and speaks in terms of many obsolete concepts; such as ‘sunrise’ and ‘sunset’, ‘mixed blood’, and so on.

If you toss a pebble out of the window, it is likely to bump into a traditional or pseudo-scientific belief that is still being espoused by the general public.

(Note: This is not because we’re all ‘stupid’; it’s more that many of us don’t care that much. So we don’t bother updating.)

Anyway, just wanted to provide the balance there, in terms of how the point is being framed.

This is still a great, life-changing point. And very important to contemplate for anyone seeking greater sovereignty and self-determination in the world and in their life.

I’ve seen ajna chakra first also by a lot of traditions (Shivananda Saraswati’s DLS et al).

I think the options tend to be based on what is most developed already within the pracitioner; someone who has more capacity for feeling and love developed will tend to take a bhakti approach, those more intellectual and well read will take the ajna approach, the common people will often use a lower center like the plexuses or muladhara. But every person who teaches is going to approach the problem in the way that they’ve been taught or based on their own experience.

I share your desire for clarity in the discussions here and not taking a reductive approach. It’s a topic I’m avoiding commenting on both because it’s deep and also because the work required to present it objectively doesn’t seem worth it, especially on a topic which is meant to be more general discussion about the coming updates and experiences from the recent drops. It could be a worthwhile Black or Lounge discussion though.
