I recently started my third cycle and going to switch from Emperor to Stark. Did with Emperor two 21 days cycles.

Past few days I was wondering what would be the best stack for my type ISTJ-T. I am not sure if I am doing it right, maybe Emperor is for my personality but who knows. I was asking Saint about it but with no answer, but it is ok, he has his hands full.

What Emperor gave me:
Productivity, intelligence but it was already quite optimized from QL Qv2. It was not that I was a genius on Emperor but I always comprehended things rather quickly.

My demeanor was frankly a little bit distant from some time.
Many times I was a little bit too serious, not much into chatting with anyone which kinda bothered me a little.
But my frame was quite solid.

I did not come up with any business idea which I was a little bit expecting so hence I wanna try Stark to be more outgoing and more inventing.
A little bit scared of losing that stoic confidence but will see.

After 3 cycles I am not sure I could ever leave Emperor. It makes me so much more responsible, confident and competent. I am also much more efficient in any tasks. Its really good at getting things done NOW. It will not let you wait till later to go afyer your desires. It also encourages you to rest and get the most of resting. Also the bedroom… :ok_hand:

This subliminal in ZP is like the most well developed comprehensive foundation any man could want. It covers all areas of life in pleasantly surprising ways. Combine it with a sub like EoG, HoM or anything that really stretches your limits and I bet you will go far.

Recon wants me to quit at times because it’s a sneaky little bastard, but look at those results. Hard to ignore.

Does it make you just rest and eat well? I know i am feeling that. I am no longer willing to exert myself. It makes me feel extremely heavy at times.

Now that you mention it, I have been eating better or at least spurts of intentionally eating better. Did not really realize it until now.

I also am more not inclined to over exert myself. It is paying dividends though in the long run, I get a lot more done than my bursts of productivity followed by dramatic burnouts.

I noticed since I added HoM, I am resting a lot more because my brain needs it to process that beast, but still doing what needs to be done.

It’s like everything is being choreographed and timed exactly as it needs to. I sometimes just feel like I’m just along for the ride. This effect is increased when I stay consistent with my titles and not switch. When I switch it kinda kills this effect. The mind is like F**K!!, recalibrating!!! when I switch.

Another way to see it is when directors throw out an entire scene or modify it and everybody from writers to animators, effects, lighting, voice actors, involved who put weeks or months into it, has to start over or at the very least add more work to improve it. ( I have been watching making of Frozen II for this off the wall analogy)

100% agree with this

Couldn’t say this better. Lol

This is my experience as well. High levels of productivity but balanced with intentional periods of rest and listening to my body.

Amen to that! Emperor is amazing

I hear you.

I feel somewhat the same. Its like im sitting and looking at life like a movie. Theres no urge to action.

Not sure if stoicism feels this way or not.

I also experience the other aspects like the extreme confidence boosting and deep voice projection. I alsofeel very brave and confrontational.

I got your messages, haven’t had a chance to really think about it. Given that the ISTJ is damn near the total opposite of the INTP (and thus, our minds work radically different), it’s hard for me to come up with a stack. I will also admit that every ISTJ that I’ve known personally, I’ve feuded with the point where we could’ve went to blows, lol. ISTJs and INTPs just don’t meld in many situations, especially at work. Never will you see a more explosive battle than an ISTJ and INTP pissed off at each other.

INTP’s require a VERY long time to make a decision, and when given that time, the outcome will be outstanding and mind blowing. That is, unless their ISTJ manager asks them to explain, in detail step-by-step, how they came to that conclusion. You’re asking someone who thinks in complete abstract ideas to suddenly explain, verbally, how their mind works. For an INTP, the first thing we think is, “well shit, now I have to develop a method to translate impressions, impulses, and imagery related to my personal mythology into language that someone else can understand.”

And the ever logical ISTJ, who relies on their perception of concrete data (not understanding that the INTP does the same thing, we can just make connections others can’t) to make decisions will then reject the INTP’s idea and go with something more “proven,” much to the innovative INTP’s chagrin. Let this happen enough times, and the INTP’s normally friendly and aloof facade fades away into a very biting, dragon tongued devil out for revenge, but ISTJ’s aren’t easily bullied, so they lock down too…

… and we end up with explosions, lol. I say this because there’s a strong chance that I may get this wrong, so other ISTJ’s will have to chime in.

Expansive: Chosen
Restrictive: StarkQ
Balance: Mind’s Eye

Chosen for expansive, as ISTJ’s are already naturally intelligent logicians with an innate ability to bring out the best in people and teams.

StarkQ as restrictive. This is going to sound weird, but hopefully it makes sense: StarkQ will be used to actually expand the ISTJ’s logic process to include abstract data that they can’t quite understand, or to have trust in those who think differently. You may think this belongs under “expansive,” but that element is used for a title that expands your current strengths / enhances them, so to speak. Since ISTJ’s are already a bit rigid in their thinking, and Chosen will expand that to better help motivate others on their teams / inner circle / Stark will serve to “restrict” that, even though it’s technically expanding the way they think.

Honestly, it’s semantics, you could probably switch the two and make a good argument. I just want people to understand how to approach this.

Mind’s Eye as balance: it will help you mine existing experiences for data, as well as developing new ways to think.

what is ISTJ?

what is INTP?

what exactly do these words mean?

i have seen these words used a lot on the forum recently and it appears to be a personality type?

if yes, can you please recommend where i can take the test to figure out which personality type i am?

This site has an overview of the subject: 16 Personalities.

thank you.

it says my personality type is:

Logistician
ISTJ-T

But i found the test flawed as a lot of the questions are “it depends”

for example, You feel more drawn to places with busy, bustling atmospheres than quiet, intimate places.

I was not sure how to answer that since i love nightclubs but NOT because they are busy and bustling

I love nightclubs because they have always been and remain by far the easiest and most efficient way to get laid.

I do NOT like nightclubs because they are loud and packed, i love nightclubs because they are full of attractive women looking to have sex that night.

if there was another place that existed that was quiet and chill and was also filled with attractive women looking for sex then i would go there instead.

another question that was hard to answer, You tend to avoid drawing attention to yourself.

again, this one depends.

I do everything i can to draw the attention of attractive women to me as i go about my life but i have absolutely no interest at all in attention from any other humans. the only attention i want is from attractive women.

so again was not sure how to answer that question.

a lot of the questions where like that where the answer is “It depends” and cannot just be answered by saying agree or disagree.

also, the test says im 2% intuitive and 98% observant…im not sure what that means but i rely on intuition/gut feeling a lot so anything where it says 2% is almost certainly inaccurate.

anyways, my conclusion on this test is that the agree or disagree structure makes it flawed and i doubt any conclusions are accurate.

EDIT:

I just read the profile and some of the things are correct.

But some are completely off.

for example, it says this about me:

random hookups are not Logisticians’ preferred methods for finding potential partners.

that is 100% false for me.

I LOVE random hookups and almost all my romantic life has been made up of such encounters.

But overall after now reading the profile i would say my opinion is slightly more positive, before i thoughts is like 65% wrong and 35% accurate, now i would say 50-50…still probably not great tool to make important decisions like what products to run but maybe a subject worth exploring further that might lead to useful innovation with subluminal products,

If you do a web search for “Myers Briggs test” you’ll find several variations of the test floating around. Perhaps you’ll find another version to be more to your liking.

Thank you, thank you, thank you @SaintSovereign
I can not say how much I appreciate it.
Thank you again

Maybe that’s why I have always reckon with the Mind’s eye because my thinking is the opposite of its.
But this personality test is quite questionable for me because when I was a kid I was quite artistic,
doing painting (but not that much) and also for four years playing accordion.

And I also wrote a fantasy book just a few years back that needs a lot of imagination.
It is not an official book, just a whole written paper in my drawer but it has so many pages like a very thick book. But I have to say I did my book very methodically. I have prepared every detail, every person, every plot, just everything before I have started writing it.

For some reason Emperor makes me “productive” in stuff that ain’t important, e.g. spending hours staying up at night here checking out reviews, but when it comes to real work irl, I keep postponing, have absolutely no drive to do what needs to be done.

Anyone experienced the same?

Same here.
Can listen to youtube for hours…but real work gets postponed easily.

It started out for me this way in the first 2 cycles, but on the third cycle it switching up really fast to do things that need to be done. It must be that’s what your brain actually thinks it’s important until it’s not, or part of the processing process. I look at my phone a lot less than before.

yes, I have experienced the same with Emperor ZP. since I’m running a business I had to switch back to Qv2 to get my productivity back. Wish I could have tested it for more cycles to see if productivity improves over time. with Qv2 it is just 1 loop for me and I’m working like a robot. :robot:

guess this has something to do with the indirect approach ZP uses…which may bring more permanent results in the long run compared to Qv2.

@SaintSovereign So what stack would you recommend for an INTP?
Great analysis :face_with_monocle:

Yea I didn’t listen to Q2 since I didn’t have it back then but have been thinking to listening to it instead of ZP to test out the differences.
