@bombayduck, I apologize for getting snarky with you. You guys don’t understand how much heartache we deal with because of forum misinformation, and I had just just dealt with a number of refunds because of it and incorrectly projected that anger onto you.
We spend a lot of time answering the same support questions over and over and when one of you asks a new, important one, we end up missing it because we spent so much time on stuff that’s not true.
As for everyone else, do try to be cognizant of how the lurkers will react to what you post. If we say that we’ve got it concerns taken cares of and to test the sub, trust us on that.
There’s no other subliminal producer that listens to their customers the way we do.
