Congratulations!! How frequently do you listen to it, and what’s the duration of each loop?
EE will push you further with your workouts
From qOS:
Emperor: The Executive is your “mind at the desk” engine. It’s pure productivity: executive functioning, task initiation, deep focus and hyperfocus, finishing what you start, clearing brain fog and mental fatigue, and the confidence and discipline to keep executing. Its domain is mental work, drive, and getting things done.
SPARTAN: The Beast Unleashed is your “body in the arena” engine. It’s a fitness and martial-arts title focused on strength, explosive primal energy, endurance, mind-muscle connection, and — just as importantly — the recovery side: restorative sleep, rapid energy regeneration, reduced soreness, and mastery of the effort-and-recovery cycle. Its domain is physical training and the rest that supports it.
Because one lives in your work life and the other in your physical training, they complement rather than compete. A few ways they reinforce each other:
The discipline, momentum, and “action is inevitable” drive from Executive can carry straight over into showing up consistently for your training. Both titles also share an energy-and-discipline thread — Executive generates focused energy for productivity, while Beast Unleashed generates primal energy for training — so you may find your overall “engine” running stronger across the board. And Executive’s emphasis on optimized sleep and a well-tuned daily rhythm sits naturally alongside Beast Unleashed’s deep-recovery and sleep scripting, so the two support a healthier foundation together.
Beast Unleashed has a specific note worth noting: if you listen to it right before or after a workout, use considerably less exposure than usual so the title has time to execute. Splitting your listening time deliberately between the two — rather than maxing out both every day — will serve you better.
One last thing to stay aware of: Executive is a high-drive “keep going” title, while a real part of Beast Unleashed is the recovery and rest polarity. Let that recovery side do its job — don’t let the always-executing momentum push you into skipping rest or overtraining. The good news is Beast Unleashed actively builds that rest-and-recovery balance in, so the two together can keep you both productive and properly recovered if you respect the recovery signal
@SaintSovereign would EB + EE be too much? Big problems with adhd/focus/procrastination on my end. Feels like EB will help with the internal drive and desire to fix that and act differently. It already is. But I still show up multi-tasking, brain-foggy, lacking prioritization and that mental edge that I’m not sure I would best get from Limitless, ST3 of HERO: TLTB, E: Art of War, or Executive.
I got brain fog when running StarkOG and EE in a custom for 6 mins. It was strange because by themselves in isolation they work well for me.
Hero Origins and EE amazing !!!
Plan to create an experimental custom called the “The Eye of Zoron” will release more details later.
Maybe lower the module number to 10 or 12 to avoid overload… Or build a 2 core Name-Embedded.
what are the modules?
Hey @Bull_of_Shiva_999 my great indian friend it only had 2 cores nothing else.
I dont understand why it melted my brain.
Actually i lied aorry the obly module i had in their was inner diesel. The reason i added that was to maje my aura more potent
