Main Disc. Thread - Emperor: The Executive (Now Available!)

Oh my god I feel so irritable, adjustment period.
As I said, these medications were prescribed.
And there is supplement finding scripting in this which targets precision supplementation system.
An aspect of this (given supplements include medications) is the action towards finding the precise medications in type and dose which lead me to intensivereserach with AI and consulting a doctor who prescribedme what I asked her, mea ing my research was right and might be due to supplement scripting in this. Another aspect could be affecting the body in such a way that these medications work much more efficiently.
Just like the exercise gives tremendous results when one listens to LotS.
Besides, the title doesn’t only target dopamine, it covers at least three major ones with a focus on dopamine which is the purpose of the title.

How does paragon sleep compare to bioclockworks affect on sleep in this?

What’s that?

@Niles

how is emperor: executive without anti-recon vs. in your custom with anti-recon?

Because I am using anti-recon in a custom with subs I am less familiar with I can’t quite tell how it is effecting me. Although I have a sense of it

Also harder to get a sense of it in the custom, but from what I’ve understood it ultimately just helps you become aware of when your in recon consciously so you can process faster.

Ive ran Executive and LoS extensively and take a lot of action in those areas so don’t really expierience recon with it, so hard to tell if it’s adding much. My stack overall has been very non triggering, with the custom, Primal, and DDTS occasionally the past few months now, so I haven’t really had a lot of deep processing to do.

How to deal with that I was super productive on the first week of listening, but now - I am not? I haven’t changed anything in my listening routine.

How long are you running EE already?

I’ve been running it right from release. I noticed ups and downs as well, but with a clear upward trend.
No initial super boost, but a slow and steady growth. Later on I noticed a few drops in productivity, but that was just a day here and there. And I was still much more productive than in prior low phases.

today I’m starting my second cycle.

So you starte like 25 days ago and the productivity boost subsided 18 days ago?
My guess is, it’s working on some deeper productivity issues.
I only noticed consiszresults after quite some time.
Depending on your individual situation your subconscious is probably focusing on something else. Trust the sub. It will yield great results over time.

Exactly.

That’s true.

Thanks, sir! Right words at right time.

I’ve finished a cycle of E:E and it’s holy smokes. Now, it works brilliantly well with me. I get locked in for 6-7 hours at the lower end :joy: and 12+ on the higher end. Work has become fun, and engaging.

If anyone is feeling the results are regressing, trust the process. I have multiple cycles of cognitive subs under my belt (give or take 12 months). Initially, I felt frustrated, angry, irritated and stupid too during the reconciliation. It takes time, don’t worry.

You will reap the rewards soon :slightly_smiling_face:

What other subliminals are you running?

And how would you compare the productivity on this to emperor black?

I’m running my ASBR+Limitless+NWE+Eog ST4 (old) custom.

I have ran emperor executive solo for 3 loops (1week), and it worked brilliantly.

EB is Monk Mode productivity. Intense. Sexually charged. Shadow Side. Internal Frame & External Domination.

EE is Pure execution, think of a CEO / Founder. Cognitive Upgrade. Dopamine Mastery.

Both have uniquely different tastes.

EE is more productive for me tho. EB took me through healing phases, which dropped my productivity. I’d sometimes distract myself on EB because it would feel “too intense”.

On EB too I had 8-12 hour focus days. Although, my standards were so high, that if I slipped even a little, I’d be harsh on myself, which would put me into an intense recon like feeling.

That’s something I am not a big fan of in the Emperor line of things (except E:E, in which it is mild and effective) - that it kicks you. It makes you feel useless until you take action. But my procrastination wasn’t from drive, it was mental fogginess. E:E cleared that and E:E has helped me build trust with myself that I always follow through.

The EE + QL4 combo has led me to some profound realizations.
I run each of them between 3 to 5 minutes.

I was watching some pop stars performing on stage on YouTube and thought about how fit they were, dancing for several hours in a row, singing at the same time and not losing any breath.

I then watched some interviews with them where they revelead how they workout for 3 hours per day among other things, so that when they have to perform on stage, it all appears so seemingly effortless.

I realized that these people are able to perform on that level because they follow a fixed schedule. A schedule with proper sleep times, proper workout times, fixed times for interviews and fixed times where they are free to do what they want. So basically SCHEDULE + DISCIPLINE.

And it is not just pop stars, but pretty much every successful person out there. Actors, Enterpreneurs, YouTube Stars, Traders etc.

As I was already building up more discipline with EE, I realized that none those who are highly successful made it by being disciplined alone, but also because they are living by a fixed schedule and are actually following it.

In the past, I was fooling myself that I could become super succesfull in anything without having a schedule. I also had a subconscious hatred for schedules stemming from school and University times.

But now I see that as humans our energy and time are very limited, and hence in order to achieve anything BIG longterm, a schedule MUST be followed.
And that it is not the schedules that are too blame for my past negative experiences, but the complete shit that school and University was for me. I was associating the tool (schedules) with bad experiences (school, University).
Now, I can separate the two.
Following a proper schedule seems to be the way forward and up.

Simply allowing things to happen “on the go” and “with the flow” statistically does not work for most people as it seems.
It does not work for me because there will be always some type of distractions coming in.
I was fooling myself that I could “get everything done” despite not following a schedule, but distractions always won and wasted too much time in the end.
It even seems that anyone who thinks they can do it BIG without having a schedule, are simply fooling themselves too.

So this is where a proper schedule comes in, preventing distractions to make me deviate from the chosen path.

Therefore, I have now created a weekly schedule for myself with fixed times for sleep, for work, for working out, for hygiene stuff, for personal projects, for socializing and for wellness.

And in the beginning, if I cannot fall asleep fast as per scheduled time, 3 minutes of Paragon Sleep will for sure help with that as they did in the past :v:

For me there has to be a balance. If I just try to completely wing it, I become very inefficient. But having a schedule that is completely fixed is suffocating and impedes the natural flow of things.

For example, if I am planning two lifting sessions per week I fix one on Thursday and for the other one I give myself space to do it either on Sunday or Monday. Sometimes I want to go to a workshop on Sunday or go out, but if I don’t I have more time and energy to workout on Sunday instead of Monday.

Or I might plan to do a weekly 24 hour fast between Tuesday and Wednesday, but if things come up I’ll do a 20 hour fast plus some fasted cardio between Friday and Saturday.

But yeah, it definitely helps to make a commitment in your schedule. If I say to myself I am going to take a yoga class every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, I have to force myself to make time for that.
