Hello @parsifal and @jcdenton , thank you for your precious times and I’m going to share some new observations from my listening schedule.
I’ve also shared my schedule in my first post.
Except for Paragon sleep in the stack which enhances or even extends the brain chemistry balance timefram a bit, other subs such as wanted black or quantum limitless, and when a fundamental change happens in your (social) habits due to a title’s result even after 10 days, so reconciliation.
I ran some loops of Khan which I realized is not my archetype/highest fulfillment so I ran two loops of WB within my 5 rest day of emperor executive(I could never do that with khan, too incongruent with that archetype), so wanted Black’s processing/recon might have caused the premature brain chemistry drop.
Yesterday I ran 3 minutes of E:E at 18:00 and I’m going to watch if it can get me through 2 days.
Some days I woke up from a bad nap in the evening with a headache and recon, and think those type of experiences might most likely also reduce balance timeframe, anything that taxes the brain?
What I will try is dropping WB for now and focus on E:E solo and it’s stack with Paragon sleep and without it and track my progress.
Although I feel like the processing of wb will continue in the background for at least a month.
But I don’t wanna miss on WB, it’s just too good😂
So I realized that with 3 minutes of this I get the chemistry effects and last night my sleep was very good, I woke up due to external factors, but I could go to sleep soon. I could be in bed for 11 hours and got the sleep I needed, wasn’t like that before, the sleep was not that deep and there was this push to get up. Not with 3 minutes. So this will be my new starting point and I will be increasing from there by 5 seconds every listening session which will be every other day.
