I HAVE to get in great shape for a competition with friends, so deciding what to stack LOTS in a custom with— either this or Minds Eye for my sales/career goals.

IMO, there is a lot more application to your goals with Executive, and works just as well as a results enhancer as you are directly taking more action, and from my expierience so far, the clarity of mind, increased energy, etc, help make the action you do take to be more purposeful/directed.
Was actually considering an Executive/LoS custom myself as they are two subs I pretty much always want to include in my stack.

Minds Eye has really helped get me back on track with big sales, though/ that or HOM/ASBR custom I introduced them at the same time, so it’s hard to fully say.
Also, I’ve started running Khan TB as my third title now, and it’s completely working on destroying my laziness, envy,jealousy, and improving the execution of my whole stack. I have moments of being lazier and chiller but then it super charges my productivity and the rest of the stack)
I worked overnight at a gas station/convenience store for close to ten years and did literally the same thing. Between one and five in the morning the place was basically empty except for me
If those are common problems maybe hotfixing the title with altered sleep scripting and the new anti-recon tech is a good idea?
I have the same problems with sleeping and headaches. I feel exhausted even after a 10 day wash out. Also, my productivity fluctuates and seems to be spreading too thin, rather than focusing only on my current priorities. On the other hand, all my previous subs are blooming.

Glad to hear I’m not the only one who noticed this. I hate saying xyz sub does this but I’ve never had this in whole sub journey till now. My sleep during the Executive run went from 75% to 60-50% for a week. Maybe it’s a person specific issue but this has never happened to me before.
I stopped it for almost around week now and my sleep has gone back to 75%, 80% and sometimes 95%. Sleep Quality that is.
Also at the time it happened, I tried Paragon Sleep which usually always fixes the sleep issue for me and even that didn’t help sadly.
What did you listen to to get so overloaded?
EE, Chosen and Limitless with name embedidng. I followed the recommended listening pattern. When I first noticed the problems, reduced EE to 5 minutes.
I couldn’t add Paragon Sleep because my stack was full and if I had to wait 10 days to swap subs. I thought I should do a washout after reducing EE loops didn’t help. In the future I may just run it for 30" once per week to see if it’s any better.
My issue wasn’t even that I was overloaded. I had great results with Executive as far as its objectives go and same with the rest of my stack. My issue was the energy and focus was so much that I couldn’t sleep.
I wasn’t even going to remove it because I had good results on it but I removed as an experiment as it’s the only sub that I used for the first loop that caused sleep issues. After dropping it, it stopped.
I’ve always had high flow factor to subs. Executive being one of them I guess as the energy and focus was too much. I can imagine this being great for people who need Elon Musk level of focus and energy.
I’ve had sleep issues as well since I started E:E. I can get to sleep easily enough, but sleep is disrupted and I wake up 1-2 hours earlier than I want to and can’t get back to sleep.
It already contains scripting for sleep but personally I don’t think it’s adequate to support the amazing productivity improvements it gives. I’ve been thinking E:E + Deep Sleep name embedded might help things.
That’s exactly the issue I had. I’d go to sleep fine but wake up at 10 instead of 12 and being unable to go back to sleep no matter what I do.
I didn’t remember that but it explains my “obsesion” with eating the right things and all the new vitamins I bought last week.

This may be due to just adding a new title as well. Happens nearly every time I bring in a sub that im not acclimated to, and most prevalent during the first cycle, honesty I feel I don’t really see or notice much in results until cycle 2-3.
I did a full 5 day washout, and then started up on Emperor Exec again and it’s been much more “as advertised”.
I also think people in general, are following the proper way to run 3 title stacks, where technically for the first 12 days you are supposed to drop one of your 3 titles to wash it out, before replacing it with a new 3rd title. I typically don’t do this either, but then for the first week or two of running a new title I definitely notice less energy and more recon in the form of brain fog and fatigue.
The thing is, I didn’t have any recon. My energy was really high and focus was pretty good. The issue itself was the fact that I had high energy because of it which made it hard to fall asleep.
I had no brain fog or fatigue but my inside my body felt not good. Not sure how to explain it, it’s like you have high energy and focus but physically your body is tired because of lack of sleep.
And again this was the first time in 4+ years of running subs that I faced this kind of situation and I’ve ran a multitude of different titles (including ones I haven’t acclimated to).
Not sure who said that was the washout time recommend. Saint has always said it’s around 4-7 days that’s a good time for a washout. I’ve always done 5 and gotten best results on that.
