I reduced my loops down to 4minutes and sleep is good. Falling asleep quickly and waking up relaxed enough.

Also noticing more recently as of this week, a stronger connection to long term vision/thinking. I think this took awhile to kick in, as having clarity is something I’ve always struggled with. Already feel a massive difference throughs connecting that vision of my future self 2-3 years down the line with my habits and actions in the present.

Last night, I listened to 60s of Executive and 5 mins of Emperor/JS

That’s the longest I’ve ever ran executive, apart from the 60s micro loop that I listen to the very first time I ran it… which gave me absolutely unbelievable recon

Later that night, I just said to myself

enough is enough. When will I stop?!?!?”

(Stop diving into dopamine addiction activities like coffee, vaping, gaming, and YouTube).

I made a commitment to myself. That’s starting today. I am done, cold turkey. I was listening to some Neville Goddard, and lied in bed, feeling gratitude, for the fact that now that I had decided it, it was already done, and I would never have to think about it again.

This morning, I’m still going through my same habits, wanting to check watch comedy in the shower, chess when I have time, but I catch myself instantly or within a few minutes.

It really did just become my new standard at the snap of a finger

I kind of just realized that moderating my behaviour online is about as effective as a cocaine addict moderating his cocaine use

A small hit once a month is probably fine, and that’s true of coffee, vaping, YouTube, whatever…

But it’s a lie to tell myself that I’m in control by using less than 60 minutes of phone time per day if I absolutely need that phone Time, that coffee, that vape to function.

That’s not control, that’s being controlled on a schedule

I am just very pleased by the results the Revelation titles give. Where the goals unfolds instead of the direct approach.

Tho EE does not have the unfolding scripting from revelation series. It has something like a rebuilding script to totally rebuild yourself

If I get it right, unfolding scripting technology was the base for NSE which is the new standard, even now in the tool based approach.
So all new titles are kinda revelationary titles.

Now with EE, I find myself doing and executing the tasks that I hated doing in the past because of how annoying and anti-dopamine they were. Now I just breath in deeply and then do them anyways “as part of a bigger goal and pipeline of things that need to be done to get there”.

Yeah, my experience lines up with this, with the addition that at times, those same annoyances are actually enjoyable to complete. Which I appreciate.

We are going to make some edits to this title. Note, it is not a “hotfix” NOR a “nerf.” We’re going to add more scripting to help with rest, add the new anti-recon scripting and adjust the ratio of productivity scripting versus rest and recovery scripting. It will be a smoother experience for all, while still maintaining high productivity. AGAIN: THIS IS NOT A NERF. I shouldn’t have used that word earlier, I was just agitated (at the Q software, not at you all reporting your results). It’s a rebalance.

@SaintSovereign @Fire Is this rebalance still being done? If not, or it’s delayed, would appreciate an update - I’ve been waiting for this new version before ordering an E:E based custom, but if this isn’t due soon I’ll go ahead and order one with the current version.

I paired this with Emperor Black, playing EB first. The combination is very potent. I’ve managed to accomplish some tasks today that I delayed, but I’m still unsure if it’s fully functional. It might be too much together, almost like they’re dueling for dominance. I can tell Emperor Executive is peaking (I recognize this dopamine surge), but then it fades, allowing the depth of Emperor Black, along with elements I’ve noticed in previous runs, to take center stage. It feels like they’re rotating, rather than working in harmony. What I truly need is for them to synergize. I’ll find out.

How do you “take action” on a sub that is designed to GET you to take action…

I really just feel like on Exec i start taking more action organically without much effort, which is why it does kind of feel like revelation of action

Just finished two cycles of EE.
My executive dysfunction is still strong with low dopamine but highly important tasks like taxes.
But on the other hand I was able to cut a lot of my high dopamine low results activities like gaming.
I’m doing a lot of chores at the moment like gardening, yard work etc.
Not exactly what I need, but still a huge improvement.

I’m planning an EE custom once the rebalanced version with anti recon scripting gets released.
I’m chatting with ChatGPT almost on a daily basis about the modules I want to use.
It’s very enlightening because through the conversation alone I understand my ADHD much better.
