Well i am, because my whole post was a “what if?” counter-argument to that.
It is basically just a belief, and a “belief” is contrary to “knowing” will keep you from exploring other possibilities. So ain’t no good reason i believe that…
(At least in a mind over matter & subliminal discussion. Biological aging is IMO not a belief but a fact. A lot of telomere research going on, but that’s biology and pharma.)
However, different beliefs will have a different impact on the cells though.
With positive youth-affirming programming, the subconscious mind may instruct the body to fight for a cell to stay healthy and continue to live.
With negative aging-affirming programming, the subconscious mind may decide and instruct the body to give up on cells that could be rescued and continue to live on for longer.
Multiply these effects across the whole body and over many decades, and voila, your belief system has massively influenced your levels of remaining vitality and vigor.
What the subconscious mind believes about aging and health really matters in the long-term.
I understood this to mean that, if you are ALREADY showing signs of aging, then you can more easily embrace that into your “look” and accept that part of yourself
AKA not be in denial that you have gray hair and some wrinkles, and as a result do everything you can from hair treatments to botox to dressing really youthfully to AVOID THE APPEARANCE of looking “older”
It means accepting yourself for who you are and not living in a fantasy world that doesn’t match reality.
However, if your reality is that you look and feel younger than your biological age (like @JCDenton and myself, I look 25 but I’m 30) then I can’t see how the script would tell us to “get older and act our age and develop wrinkles/gray hair faster”
If anything it would do the opposite, as mentioned by the vitality scripting. It would maintain our youth, while helping us accept any aspects of age which have ALREADY appeared, so we aren’t LYING to ourselves. However, if we are still youthful physically and in appearance, it would MAINTAIN that.
Does that make sense? Did I understand correctly @AnswerGroup
a) Where your current youth baseline is at (represented by your actual biological age).
b) How FAST this baseline moves forward (i.e. the speed at which you age). This speed is heavily influenced by the subconscious belief system too. Societal programming plays a huge role here.
My point was that the “vitality” scripting moves the “a) youth baseline” back into more youth, while “embrace aging” scripting influences b) and allows for the aging process to happen faster because it is “welcomed” and “accepted”.
I don’t know if it is of any major relevance or value to the discussion, but when we take a look at our psychology (mind), it’s always looking for ways to protect itself and further its own well-being. Actually, our survival and well-being are the main goals of our subconscious mind. Therefore, I don’t think that any kind of subliminal programming could do as serious damage to us as it’s being discussed.
Yes, I’m aware that there is harmful programming out there yet not to such a degree.
I would think the “embrace aging” scripting balances the baseline towards reality, instead of actively or even passively advancing the aging process.
Because if you are 45 years old and you currently have a bum knee, is it better to pretend that you don’t or is it better to treat the knee, maybe cut down on sports for now, and do some active recovery so you can get it back up to shape?
Knowing Sub Club and how much time, effort, and thought they put into their products, they wouldn’t make a silver fox sub with anti-aging scripting that actually makes you feel older and more decrepit
All the results people are posting in this thread actually point to the exact opposite, that everyone feels more full of energy and vitality.
Either way, I’m not trying to convince you to run the sub lol, simply pointing out that my understanding of the sales page for EmpD differs from what I’ve been reading above.
Not in a direct way, however. Meaning that being exposed to that programming doesn’t speed up ageing directly but influences our mental and behavioural patterns that constitute our self-care regarding our health and looks.
When you take a look at the sales page, the scripting promotes mental and behavioural patterns that promote youthfulness and slow down ageing.
I believe that all that “commotion” stemmed from unfortunate wording or misinterpretation. I’m sorry for my own wording now as it may be unfortunate as well.
That’s exactly what I don’t want to happen.
The goal is to push that baseline as much as possible back towards youth. Because with that, the subconscious mind will do its best to keep the body younger for longer.
But also keep in mind that most people are biologically older than they should be as per “natural baseline” because of unhealthy lifestyle and especially because of unhealthy food habits.
So it makes total sense that any type of vitality enhancing scripting will have a youthing effect on most people.
I wondered about this as well and hope that Saint and Fire can clarify on that. And if it is not unfortunate sales copy wording, then I would like to know whether there is actuall “embrace aging” scripting in this title.
I recently crossed into my 40s, so this product was rather timely. While I still look many years younger than my age, I can’t help but notice a few more gray hairs appearing in my beard and hair.
With a few listens under my belt, I now look in the mirror and see them as part of the journey. There’s an acceptance that gray hairs are going to come with time, but what I do with that time is far more important.
I’ve been procrastinating less. It’s not on the same level as HERO just yet, but a noticeable uptick in productivity.
This has shown up in my coaching of a youth sports team. I’m very in tune with the kids and encouraging them, which has crossed over into my parenting.
This has me thinking about doing a few cycles of EmpD, PR, and LM, for the ultimate marriage and family life stack. Or maybe building a 3 core custom.
But my wealth goals and business goals are taking priority in my stack for now.
There isn’t a single report yet of a single individual “focusing on aging.” The only thing you’ve all seen, as one of you posted, is the increase in vitality, mental acuity and quickness, and a return of youthfulness.
So, from my perspective, this is a philosophical discussion on the nature of aging based upon opinion and projected fears, which has nothing to do with EmpD’s actual, observed, qualified results. As such, there is no need to adjust any scripting or even update the copy. This wasn’t a concern from anyone until people started projecting their own issues on an external source.
In other words: you can’t lie to Zero Point. Whatever stack you’re running is most likely bringing out buried fears and thoughts to the surface, which are now being projected at an overall innocuous piece of copy that no one had a problem with until – again – someone(s) started raising their own fears and thoughts about aging and projected on to it.
This philosophical discussion simply does not match the actual, empirical results people are getting from EmpD. Thing is, I find these types of conversations intriguing, and those of you who keep asking what the internal culture at the company is like – well, you’re looking at it. We have conversations like this all day long on some metaphysical topic. However, we have trained ourselves to create scripting upon empirical results, meaning that which can be seen, heard and measured.
And that empirical information – that which has been directly reported by those who have used the titles – clearly indicates that no one is experiencing accelerated aging. It is the exact opposite: a return to a youthful, yet wiser mindset. An acceptance of who they are, and an emerging vision of what they want their rest of their lives to be.
