No, once a night, usually. However, when listening to energetically demanding subs (with physical shifting, auras, energy work) it intensifies a lot. It was the same last night I took a piss four times. Another thing is I never take a poo in the morning unless I’ve eaten a lot the past night which I didn’t last night.

Not Fire but yes use it as a holiday sub and the productivity scripting will be targeted to vacation-specific actions like packing and traveling. We’re coming back to the same topic we’ve previously discussed plenty of times - there’s no need to have a separate subliminal for every single possible variation. That’s how you end up with 1000+ different titles that don’t differ much at all.
