I’m saying part of your (and my) thing is that trying to commit to such arbitrarily long timeframes is what does you (and me) in.
It’s the fight-or-fight response that comes from trying to use willpower alone.
I can easily commit to 3 loops. So that’s what I do now. And I’m getting noticeable shifts.
Don’t worry about “months”.
Ever tried filling a water jug but have the water going too fast?
Water keeps coming back out, tons of bubbles in the jug and it never ever gets full no matter how long you keep the flow going.
But turn the flow down to just under what the mouth can handle and it fills up in no time.
It doesn’t take patience if I get my results 3 loops at a time and let stuff process and bloom.
Remember you have love bomb in Genesis too. I would recommend going as light as possible for now to see how much you can get out of Genesis. I think you need some really good experiences to show you what a single sub is capable of to break that cycle of seeking out the best. And Genesis will help with the skepticism you hold as well, it’s got scripting for that too. I think it’ll really help you learn on an experiential level why micro loops work so well vs intellectually so you can put those doubts to rest as well.
This requires a certain amount of faith and letting go and trust. But this is absolutely the sub for the job.
And just a heads up. While you’re running Genesis you’re going to start being more aware of your patterns, what’s wrong, things might feel off and uncomfortable. I made the mistake of thinking another sub would be perfect for handling those issues but Genesis was doing it and I killed the momentum. You’ll undoubtedly have moments where you feel you’ve graduated from Genesis. In those moments just look at your life and ask yourself if it’s where you want it to be. If the answer is no Genesis isn’t done. And it’s very sneaky with how it appears. Just always remember to weigh the actual current situation vs the in the future fantasy version when assessing if you should change subs.

Sanguine covers the most essential missing links in the chain of your self-development. Don’t underestimate that.
On top of that, running Genesis and Sanguine long enough is a great preparation for EB that I think should be your next move.
It’s not about a specific time frame but reaching the point where Genesis has revealed to you your Zero Point (aka your own unique path), and Sanguine has instilled in you unshakeable calm, confidence, and focus.
I’m going to follow the advice of @Fractal_Explorer and run Genesis solo for now. Keep things light and as minimalist as possible

Halfway done with my first cycle (that I will probably finish; farthest I’ve got) of Dragon Reborn: Limit Destroyer.
Achievement: Quit nicotine cold turkey again. Feel much better than last time. Significantly less cravings.
Observations:
It lights a fire to get things done, so be ready to take action.
Recon is not the worst for me, though feels like general stress.
Sometimes a loop feels like an espresso shot.
Tips:
I recommend having a list ready of things to accomplish and I would order them from least to greatest or greatest to least. Some require working their way up, and some require conquering the biggest obstacle first.
DR:LD vs DRR ST1 (OR DRG ST1). Which is better at breaking down and destroying our internal limitations? I would assume ST1 as it has the latest tech?
What would you consider building subs? A couple I’m thinking of is mind’s eye and limitless. At least what I heard about mind’s eye.
It depends on the direction you want to go. However, I suppose you’re right.
LD would have to be far more narrow and potent in a quick time frame while dragon stage one has been lauded as the ultimate healing sub for breaking down everything about you. I’m going to use LD for this current cycle I’m working on, focus on actually taking action and setting smart goals, and I never was brave or patient enough for the dragon so please take my thoughts on those two as a grain of salt.
True, it does depend quite a lot on where you are in your life, what you can do, what you’re willing to do. I’m embarrassed to say after barely taking any real action for the past few cycles and somehow getting decent results as of late, I’m just now realizing this😅.
I have used both.
DRLD for 5 cycles, DRR1 for 2-3 cycles.
They both have their own strengths.
I’m personally more compatible with DRR1.
DRLD feels like it’s more about actively breaking your limits. It’s more focused.
While DRR1 is breaking your limits by the process of cleansing & purification. It’s more all encompassing.
Pick whichever fits your needs best.
I’m going to dust off DRLD for my next four cycles. I’ve been with Sanguine, and reading through the description again, it just really seems like DRLD is the next logical step for me. Plus it will boost my time with Paragon, and I was hyped about the new titles, Alchemist Singularity, and New Mind’s Eye but for me, DRLD is the way to go before I get to those titles again.

What is the main difference between this title and KHAN Stage 1 Total Breakdown?
Is Khan 1 more aimed at the objectives of Khan, while DR:LD is more aimed at general things?
From what I can remember about running DR:LD in the past, it was less heavy and less challenging than Total Breakdown.
