I run only full loops but I suppose even a micro loop would do as many people report great results using that strategy.

I’ve seen lots of reports where people ran 1-2 loops a week on the older tech and changed massively. We need to remember that it’s more about external affirmations (your actions and the results, life experiences and people reactions that “affirm” the scripting) than the exposure amount. The old healing subs don’t fall under this “rule” as the mechanics was totally different.

how has DRLD effected anyones ability to focus?

Some results - My urge to watch porn is gone! But DRLD gives headache even after a day, listened to 7 min loop yesterday

I realized I need to do a cycle of rebirth, instead of trying out a different major. But since this one is out and updated, I’m thinking this title should get the go ahead over rebirth.

Same here. I also experienced it on the old LD. Be careful when getting recon though.

Aside from the loss of focus from recon, overall it has been really good. i feel more energy to do my work. DRLD is rebuilding the foundational thought and feeling that drives me forward which leads to more productivity.

Or maybe something was limiting my potential to reach more productivity when i used mogul and DRLD let the flood gate open.

I bet it’s the combination of the two.

I can’t say whether they directly affect focus, but i can say that the overall increase in productivity indirectly increases my focus too at least.

I feel this effect too, it’s not completely gone but the temptation is definitely reduced. I feel more energy than usual.

I wonder if that’s just a natural effect of ZPV2 or something. I’m running a custom, chosen, and LBFH. A few nights ago right as I was waking up I was talking in my sleep or something. Well what I said was something about the damaging effects of porn, I kind think it was quoted from discussions around here. Well since then I’ve watched no porn and had no urge to. So maybe it’s a combination of the discussions that have taken place in here and it generally being accepted as something that’s going to hurt and not help us become the people we want to be.

I think the effect is more pronounced with DRLD, i didn’t feel this amount of reduced temptation from my mogul + lbfh stack. I assume the effect is just different for us

I lost the desire to watch porn on KB1 and whatever remaining urges were snuffed out by DRLD

I’m planning to run this in a 2 title stack. 30 seconds every other day for the first 3 listens. Then 1 minute the next 3, 1:30min to finish out the cycle. I’m gonna stack with my custom at the same time listening increments.

How is everyone going with the recon on this, it’s hitting me pretty hard even at the 3-minute level. I’ll go back to 30 seconds to one minute and see.

Was going to up it to 5 but I’ve been in recon for a couple days now.

Recon is something else on this sub, it came in waves

  • questioning everything, including my partner
  • sadness at being stuck in average-ville
  • cannot return to my previous life
  • then all pre-conditioned limits seemingly blown to smithereens

Pair it with 4-stage DR and you can magnify recon by 10.

I ran three full loops last weekend. When recon hit me after running the first loop I ran two more to reinforce the scripting around 24 hours later (within 6 hours). It worked like a charm although I’m still processing it. I did it since the recon was topical (related to neutralizing my deepest fears). Every time topical recon hits me I reinforce the scripting by running another loop. Another way (not always plausible) is doing things that are aligned with the scripting or just feeling into the role the sub is instilling in you and acting accordingly (fake it till you make it).

Topical recon is related to the objectives of the sub you’re running.

Native recon is just the fight-flight response to pushing you out of your comfort zone and it takes the form of psychological aggression (irascibility) or regression (anxiety). This recon needs to be waited out or fought off by other means; relaxing, exercising etc.

the recon is something else, i’ve written them in my journal but long story short, every single thing that makes me, well, “me” is being challenged. everything is being hit but the 3 big recon I’m feeling are:

  • less confidence in a lot of things
  • feeling unsettled since things are changing way too much too quickly
  • physically can’t focus as well as before I started DRLD

interestingly enough, I also feel an increase in all of those in another way, I feel less confidence but more confidence at the same time, I feel unsettled but certain, physically can’t focus but I feel significantly less resistance towards my productivity. these are just the 3, there are more that I’ve written in my journal.
