What’s crazy is that was my only time running it lol. I picked it up on the tail end of one of my cycles so now I’m taking my 5 days of rest. But yeah it’s been insane the combo of this and Genesis. I feel like I’m seeing parts of myself I haven’t seen for years showing up in how I interact with people. Genesis letting me be my more authentic self and DRLD clearing the path.

Sounds like your getting great results socially.
For me it’s tackling this underlining feeling of uselessness, hopelessness and my relationship with life, which I think all ties into procrastination too. Realised this was a pass down thing off a family member. Some deep shit but necessary.

I just ran a first 1 min loop of this prior to full one of Ascension. Took others’ advice to start off slow. I’ll go for 3 minutes next if this sits well.
At this point, I just feel very calm and settled immediately after. Will report more tomorrow if emotional stuff comes up.
More clear headed right now too.

Oh yeah don’t get me wrong I’m not coasting through these changes lol. It’s a lot of unresolved emotions I have to sit with, but it’s expanded my capacity to do that and come out the other side vs dissociating. I relate to the family thing. Those have actually been the ties I’ve been trying to break recently. A lot of undesirable behavior due to how I was treated growing up.

It definitely ebbs and flows. Some moments I get hit with these powerful feelings and others I crash into the ground. Best piece of advice I could give is be mindful of what occured leading up to the low mood. Very often its triggers in the environment that sets off the feelings. When I’m feeling like crap I pause and ask myself what was I doing in the past 30 minutes or so that contributed to this? Sometimes that opens up another door for DR:LD to work its way into.
