To those that have run DivD, can you really get the desired results just from running it before sex as needed? How different or better are the results when running it only before sex as opposed to running it in a committed stack?

I am starting to see love and intimacy as (an expression of) truth. You can´t love yourself without actually understanding and accepting the truth of what you are, and the same goes for others and their truth.
