A goal that you don’t take action on is not a goal but a dream. Nice to have but somehow not worth your time and effort to make it real. If you want to move it from dream to goal start working on it, make first steps.

It’s filtered through the NSE, so it follows those exact same rules. Technically, it SHOULD bleed into the entire custom. The issue is that what we’re calling “anti-recon” would technically be 4-5 modules (depending on the title). 4 of them are somewhat general, the fifth is tailored directly to that particular title. So, while the first four will bleed over just as the NSE does, the fifth – which is very important – may not. Hence why we made the Experimental Anti-Recon Module. With that one, even the fifth module is generalized like the others.
If you want the entire custom covered, it’s best to include it.
