I have used a stretching device intermittently and some manual stretching as well. Nothing super serious. I take some supplements 5 days a week, cistanche (deserticola and tubulosa), a mushroom mix(lion’s mane and cordyceps among others), fadogia agrestis, shilajit, tongkat ali, etc. Honduran sea moss now in my morning smoothie.
Let’s see. Stack. Since BDLM release I’ve had Khan Black going on from through stage 3 now. Weekly microloops of DR:LD since its release. Wanted Black microloops…maybe 8 total now? 10 tops. Mind’s Eye in my custom, weekly microloop. Ascension Chamber Monday!

Sorry what’s DR:LD and do you feel it’s had an boosting/synergistic effect on BDLM at all? I’m also slightly curious what you mean by weekly microloops and the time you consider. It’s that like adding 1 minute of wanted like once single day or listening session per week?
As for a boosting/synergistic effect on BDLM specifically, it is difficult to say with certainty. I had not run BDLM for a long time before introducing DR:LD.
Weekly microloops means a single microloop listen of a particular subliminal. So, over the course of a week, I have been listening to KBC and BDLM every Mon, Wed, Fri. Usually 1.5 minutes to 3 minutes on those two, whatever I intuit at that particular time. Monday I add 1.5 minutes of DR:LD and 3 minutes of Ascension Chamber though I might move that one back to a full 7 minutes. Wednesday I add 1.5 minutes of Wanted:Black to KBC/BDLM. Friday I add my Self Enhancement custom to KBC/BDLM at 1.5-3 minutes, whatever feels right. This listening pattern feels right for me right now, although it is a deviation from recommended listening patterns.
Wow, thanks for the indepth reply once more. That’s amazing you’ve been achieving such good results from such minimal listening times as you’re not investing too much. Sorry, last question… Are you 1.5 minutes to 3 minutes usually the ultrasonic or masked? I might try twinning your listening schedule and see if I too end up with 0.5 inches over a month.
I’ve been doing so far mostly bdlm/wb with 1 full loops of 15 min of each on my w f sun Tuesday Thursday sat and then my break as I’ve reached the two week cycle end. I feel like I might have noticed some small changes, though to be honest, didn’t measure beforehand. Always the masked on decent quality Sennheiser rf headphones. Part of me wants to do wired, non Bluetooth, non rf headphones as I wonder if something gets lost in compression while being transmitted from receiver to headphone or on the conversion process.
I tried using a $1 earphones, masked with speakers (not optimal), ultrasonic with a mono phone speaker, and a cheap headset that’s louder on the left side & loses details compared to a good headset.
It doesn’t matter, i still have a ton of good results.
I use the masked tracks now. I had been using the ultrasonic but it was WAY too easy to forget to stop the track. I listen with a wired headset, HyperX Cloud (bought em in 2015).
I’m building another custom right now and I’m wondering if the tech in this module has been updated, since the release of BDLM?
The reason for the dilemma is that I’m building another ‘Legacy of the Spartan’ custom and the complimentary core is ‘TROTNW’. I’d prefer not to go three cores, obviously
